I arrived at 8:01 am. Checked in, provided my documents. Received a text at 8:20 to verify, took UA at 8:40 am. The receptionist didn’t verify my submitted form and coded the UA wrong, I almost failed my UA due to improper paperwork filing and I would have been unable to work at DIA for 5 years.

The wait was about 3 and a half hours long, but once my name was called I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great customer service, make sure your phone is fully charged before entering, because you are gonna wait the whole 3 and a half hours.

This location by far the best!! Fast and simple. The staff is very friendly. The nurse I was with, was very polite, positive and professional. I didn’t feel a thing for both of my vaccinations.

Very disappointed in how they can’t verify insurance. I was turned away the first time because I didn’t have my card I understand, I came back with my insurance. Where the front desk tells me it Is inactive. I called my insurance who said my insurance has no term date and it is active . I was now on day 3 of no food because I couldn’t keep it in and extremely sick unsure if I had a sinus infection strep etc. As someone who has experience working with dental and medical insurance sometimes you need to call the insurance company. Don’t be lazy. You got into the medical field for patient care please learn to provide patient care.

I wish they could be full time dr. When ever I have gone to them they are very kind and understanding. The people who register are ALWAYS professional and make sure everyone is cared for. The medical staff are so caring and make sure everything is addressed. Ty for being there when I am unable to see my regular dr
