We spoke with Cary over the phone at RAM and he was so helpful! Oh my gosh, he suggested several things we could try ourselves. We ordered the belt on Amazon and will try the other things he suggested. He is knowledgeable and willing to help even though we did not buy anything from him. He is honest and wanted to help us get the best solution for the lowest price. If these things don’t work we will have him out for a service call.”
