I went to this Chase Bank to cash a check that had both my deceased father name ( estate ) and my name on the check. He passed away 18 months ago. In the past, I have gone to 2 other Chase Banks to cash checks with both his name and my name on the check with no problem. I had to sign an affidavit and get it notarized. I brought his death certificate. They refused to do it therefore I left. I called Chase Bank who infomed my I did NOT need an Estate Account for my father to cash the check. That the 2 other Chase Banks were correct in allowing to cash the check as long as a signed the affidavit and got it notarized. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a Chase Bank representative who profusely apologized for the error. They told me they would call another Chase Bank to allow me to cash the check - I went there did the paperwork and they deposited my check to my late fathers check into my account. This bank was absolutely clueless, wasted my time making all sort of excuses of why they could not cash the check. The representative told me over the phone " they must have misunderstood" the wording but I could cash the check despite not having an Estate Account in my late fathers name.

I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment.
Prior to "helping" me, a customer was asked for her identification, which she was unable to provide. Having worked at a bank before, I am well aware that if a customer is well known due to frequent visits, identification verification is not necessary and can be waived. Because the employee asked to view her identification, this made it obvious that she was not a frequent visitor. This is no fault to that customer, but rather to the more senior employee behind the desk / plexiglass, who decided that it would be okay to assist the other employee by providing authorization to bypass identification verification. Simply put, she did not have to provide any identification.
When I stepped forward to be "helped", I, too, was asked to provide identification. Unfortunately, my ID had expired just the month prior. I apologized, explained that aside from requesting a new pin, which I understood would have to wait, I also wished to change the denomination of $200 cash that I had on me, visible to the employee, and to withdrawal $100 from my checking account. I pulled up the checking account on my mobile app to show that I am who I say I am, filled out a withdrawal slip and asked if I could please get the $100 and change the denomination of my cash on hand.
The employee (who found it appropriate to override missing identification for one guest) "assisting" me refused to allow me to withdrawal any cash, nor did he offer to change the denomination on the cash that I had right in front of him. I was happy to verify my identification in any other fashion, but that was not an option. I asked why he thought it was okay to override missing identification for one customer, but he could not entertain the same option for me. He was not able to provide an answer.
That employee refused to help me at all. No attempt was made to provide any assistance. At the very minimum, that employee should have taken the cash that I had and offered to change it into whatever denominations I was needing.
Nothing. I got nothing.
100% unacceptable.

My husband and I needed some documents notarized and I was able to make an appointment at this Chase within one business day during my lunch break. Alex was super nice and helpful regarding the notarization of the documents and even helped me get onto my husband's bank account while we were there. Excellent customer service every time I go into this Chase and excellent customer service for services outside of normal banking things from Alex.

The manager and staff were very helpful. I arrived right at closing time, and they still made sure that I was served.

Excellent customer service!I’m extremely pleased with the treatment that I received today. I highly recommend this particular Chase branch to anyone looking for a new place to bank. Very professional, and also knowledgeable about all that Chase has to offer.

Consistently poor customer service. Possibly attributed to a new staff? Regardless, small tasks like cashing a check are a problem here. I was told they would have to deposit it and then my money wouldn't be available until Tuesday. I went two miles down the road to saddle rock and they cashed my check no problem, even referred to me by first name. Lastly, the way the same banker always storms the door like a car salesman and does not let customers talk is weird and unnecessary. Slow down, let customers tell you what they want and listen. I believe it is an eagerness to please and meant well, however, very awkward. Slow down.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service in this place, I have gone several times asking to speak with the business banker and there is always an excuse or they’re not there. Today I went for notary services for a one page document, at 3:10 and they stated that they had an appointment at 3:30 so they couldn’t help me. This is going to take five minutes. I have a business account here and will not be banking at this location any longer I am completely dissatisfied and Would give them zero stars if I could

I always check reviews. I checked and compared reviews of various locations of Chase Bank. Many especially this one were negative especially in regard to Trevor. But I have to say that my experience was anything but negative. Trevor, is supervisor and all of the employees there were very very nice and helpful on more than one occasion. Oddly the bank I had had much higher ratings but a lot worse service on every occasion. I was afraid to make the switch but my son had this bank and very much liked it so needing the benefits it offers over the problems that my previous Bank was developing I opted to take the chance and am very glad I did. I recommend you give them a chance also and don't judge Trevor by the reviews here because I personally found them to be false. Trevor's been with the company for a very long time and I believe that after reviewing any of those complaints if there were any truth to it he wouldn't have kept his job but he has. We have many migrants to Colorado and some people from other states don't have pleasant personalities to begin with they've ruined their own State and they come here and complain about nonsense. I hope anyone reading this review will keep that in mind. GIVE THIS BANK A TRY I KNOW YOU'LL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. DON'T EXPECT PERFECTION UNLESS YOU YOURSELF ARE PERFECTION. I PERSONALLY FOUND TREVOR HIS SUPERVISOR THE TELLERS AND OTHER BANK EMPLOYEES WHO DID INTERACT WITH ME WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT POLITE AND HELPFUL.

My partners and I went in to open a business checking. The banker (Trevor) basically said I have to leave now because I have plans and need to leave by a certain time. Keep in mind, I had made an appointment a week prior. He was very rude, unattentive and kept looking at his watch. I had also inquired about business merchant services for our business, never followed up. I have to say the worst customer service ever & felt like I was a bother instead of a valued customer. Not only that, I’ve had issues with my accounts every single month. Never ever banking with Chase again. What’s the value of having a Chase bank near by if the employees are under trained.
