The one star reviews really speak for themself. They care nothing for customer service in this location. Most of the customers are customers of color so i guess it makes sense that they don’t care. Considering changing banks based on this one location. Clearly leadership doesn’t care at all

Terrible customer service. The tellers are rude, disrespectful, and have very little knowledge. The manager was standing next to the teller being rude and she failed to step in as a manager to resolve the issue.
