I've been a Chase customer for over 10 years. I had a joint account with my son whom he had a fraudulent transaction happen to. I talked to Chase about the issue, and they decided to close my accounts and freeze all assets. It is very difficult that they don't accept walk-ins in case of an emergency, but you always have to create an appointment.
After making an appointment to talk to them, they couldn't give me a reason why they closed my account. Furthermore, since they closed my accounts, I couldn't retrieve any money that was in my account, and instead had to wait for them to send me a cashier's check. I've never had an issue with being a Chase customer, but they have informed me that I can no longer open another account at any Chase.
With them freezing my accounts, I had no access to pay any of my bills, and now I get dinged on my credit report for having late payments. I'm glad they closed my accounts as they were no help whatsoever. This gives me an opportunity to do business elsewhere that offers better rates than Chase.

As of yet I've had no problems with this bank they treated me right twenty-four hour ATM's here as well I rarely went inside to do anything

Everyone here has always been helpful, but I swear I hear the exact same songs every time I come in. It's a little annoying as a customer, I can't imagine how excruciating it would be as an employee

Chase customer service support using the 800 numbers are garbage!!!! No one understands what you're asking, needing, or requesting. When you ask for a supervisor or manager, the put you on hold for an excessive period of time only to come and still "try to help"... This is the worst customer support for a bank that I have EVER had to deal with.

Just went to this bank to cash a check drawn on chase banks. They charged me $10 to cash it. Will never bank @chase, bunch of crooks

Smart mouthed tellers. Customer service isn’t talking over the customer and saying “you’re welcome” when you’ve been rambling on and on and not letting the customer speak. Hmm could use more training or a different job.

5 people in line and one person to service them. No one assisting this poor woman who I'm sure is under paid and calling is useless. Hold message wants to know if I want to open a checking account, can't even get to the one I have.

This place not once but two times canceled my appointment for a business account because Ashley Schrauben was "sick" or whatever. Mind you had to wait almost an entire two and a half weeks for the second appointment for them to leave a voicemail THE DAY OF and tell me to reschedule. Why would I ever reschedule with you? When you're as to so incapable of keeping with your appointments? Completely unprofessional no customer service and the reviews certainly reflect that.

Today I went in to cash my deceased father checks as his Personal Representative which I have easily done at the Parker Location many time without hassle, ignorance and misinformed male Chase representative at the Aurora location ( Tower Rd) . My fathers estate is closed as of July 2023 - he argued with me that isn't closed bc I am still receiving an occasional check however, I positive Fidelity and other institutions don't his estate went through probate for 6 months and it has been rectified. Do I receive an occasional check? Yes, and as his PR I can cash those check without an estate account since his estate has been rectified. He was beyond rude, know it all and hassled to the point when I drove to Chase in Parker Co take care of the matter quickly without hassle, professionalism and efficiently without a know it all banker who actually didn't know much - it was unbelievable.
