She demonstrated incredible patience as she meticulously helped us set up all the accounts we needed. Not only was she respectful and attentive to every detail, ensuring everything was completed perfectly, but she also brought a delightful sense of humor that made the entire process enjoyable. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE BANK MANAGER AMANDA AND HER CO WORKERS. THEY GET PHYSICAL IF THEY DONT LIKE WHAT U SAY. AMANDA WILL SCREAM OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH IF U VALUE YOURSELF!!!! ILIFF AND CHAMBERS BRANCH.

We went and they did not want to serve us without an appointment. Afterwards we made the appointment and when we arrived they did not want to serve us. Bad service. Do not make an appointment at this branch.

Not a very good banker with time management. Made and appointment 3pm and walked in at 3:05. I was told they have a 10min grace period but the banker didn't honor it. The banker took a walk in during my appointment time and proceeded to say we took too long. I've bank with Chase for over 10 years and never have a had a bad experience until now.

I needed to do a wire and I didn’t have all the information at the time. The manager Amanda was so patiently and didn’t make me feel rushed, she helped me and even gave me some water while I waited to get all the information. After she did the wire she walked me to the door and gave me her business card and said call her directly if I need anything else. This was top notch service.This will be my new bank to visit going forward.

The manager Amanda is the worst person I could have ever asked to deal with. She should be fired for her lack of care. Plus from what I saw she does not treat her employees well at all. My favorite banker of 5 years stopped working here too. No surprise when you have a manager like that.

Absolutely the worst, most disgusting branch I've ever had to experience. These women here just gossip, slander and speak in a different language as much as possible. God forbid you might have banking to do that inconveniences them so much! Oh and to be told "you have to make an appointment for that, but you can do it online." Worst experience I've ever had in banking! I am so sick and tired of hearing I have to make an appointment for literally anything! Also this "manager" at this location is so rude and "inconvenienced" by anything that makes her leave her desk/office believe me nothing will be diffused or resolved! Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! I know Chase is such a big corporation, they don't care about us regular people, but I will be closing my accounts today! Even Wellslfargo is better than this crap!

No "public" bathroom? I asked if they have a bathroom for customers, and was met with a sigh and the manager stated "no, we don't have public bathrooms..we have a sign on the door that says it." I looked, guess what..no sign. I apologize for making you get up from your desk and answer a question.. guess who just lost a customer. I am closing my account today.
