Have tried calling this location several times over the last couple of days and once I go through the prompts, it rings a couple of times and then hangs up. And the inside ATM is never accessible. The outside ATM is broken half the time. Why are y'all even open? Is there even business being conducted in there? Can't tell...

Made an appointment days in advance for 9am, Monday. Get a call 10 minutes before saying "we're short staffed". It's the morning of the first day of the week and you're already swamped? Deal with your hangover, you're a bank.

Firstly, the staff inside the branch have been superb. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making every in-branch visit as pleasant as possible. However, the management of the external ATM and the decision to keep the internal ATM door inaccessible after hours are major issues.
In the three years I have banked here, the external ATM has been a consistent source of frustration. It frequently breaks down, failing to accept or dispense cash, despite the green light indicating it is operational. This malfunction is a regular occurrence, especially noticeable during the afternoon and on paydays. The long line of vehicles waiting to use the ATM only to find it broken creates a traffic issue in the shopping center.
Additionally, when the external ATM is broken, customers often park their vehicles and attempt to access the internal ATM, expecting to use their Chase card to enter the room as is common at other branches, such as the S Monaco location. However, the door to the internal ATM at the South Havana branch has never been open after hours. If this is due to security concerns, why not clearly indicate this on the door? This simple communication could save customers a great deal of frustration.
To quantify the inconvenience, if someone attempts and fails to access the internal ATM every five minutes, resulting in at least one minute of wasted time per person plus five minutes of waiting for the drive-through ATM, this amounts to a significant amount of wasted time, especially after normal business hours.
In summary, while the in-branch staff are excellent, the management of the external ATM and the lack of communication about the internal ATM's availability after hours need urgent attention. Clear signage and more reliable ATMs would greatly improve the customer experience at this location.
Are you as curios as I of how much time this branch has wasted of ours? Me to... the wasted time is 6 minutes (5 minutes in the drive-through ATM line + 1 minute at the walk-up ATM of the branch's 123 closed hours per week).
Total wasted time per week = 1476 arrivals * 6 minutes/arrival = 8856 minutes
Total wasted time per week in hours = 8856 minutes / 60 minutes/hour = 147.6 hours
Total wasted time per year = 147.6 hours/week * 52 weeks/year = 7675.2 hours/year
Total wasted time over 3 years = 7675.2 hours/year * 3 years = 23025.6 hours
The next closest Chase ATM is 4.3 miles away.
Please do better.

Unlike other chase banks, the indoor ATM machines outside the second door of this bank stopped working at 5 o'clock. Even though there was a lighted card-insertion switch at the door, the ATM machines inside were still not usable. And their drive-throughs were not working almost all the time. The most incomprehensible thing was that at less than 5:10 pm on Monday, their employees used "body language" that only monkeys could understand to explain to their customers through two doors that their ATM machines were not working. Because there were many customers gathered at the door, after 5 minutes of body language communication, their security guard finally walked out of the door and explained everything clearly in human language within one minute. He was very rude and said that their employees could not leave work because we were standing at the door, and that my request for him to come out and explain in human language was not helpful. I told him that I was your customer and I didn't need to help you, but you didn't even have the most basic respect for customers. You and your female colleague used monkey language to waste everyone's time.

3 associates just wondering around talking and laughing while the line backs out the door. Chase doesn't care about their members at all.
