The staff at this bank office, from security guards to lobby managers, are all lazy and rude. I was thinking, although they are all employees of Chase Bank, people at different workplaces are really different. The staff here are the worst Chase Bank staff I have ever seen!

Called to get information about notary extremely rude woman who answered the phone. I asked her name was unable to properly address her very unfortunate because I love Chase and have banked with them for over 10 years but I definitely will never go to this location. If I can’t even call I could only imagine how bad the in person experience would be.

I got a call from chase asking me if my partner and I had gotten our cards in the mail since we haven't activated them. We haven't, so the representative told me to go to any chase branch to request them. I went to this branch and Ms. Mercado was the person that I interacted with, she had an attitude right off the bat and wasn't paying attention when I was telling her about my problem, it seemed like she didn't want to help. She asked me to write my account number on a piece of paper, which seems odd since everything should be in the system, and told me that I was going to receive the cards in 5 days in the mail. I haven't gotten anything and it's been over a month. What an uncomfortable experience...

In all consideration, this is a useless location. Limited hours, ATMs have no service, no after hours service, bankers are always busy here they send you to other locations.

Chase has a policy where you must present ID in order to receive any type of change. However, they do not enforce this with every single customer. how do I know you may ask? I have a job where I am required to make a daily deposit and my boss sends neither me or my co-worker in the exact same company vehicle. Just now when I went to go make the deposit through the drive-thru they asked for a name. At First they asked for the ID They didn't recognize my name and said I am required to have an ID after all. Id like to also note they don't not accept the my Colorado ID App as a valid form of ID.
