You can’t use your card to get into the first door just to use the ATM like other Chase location. They don’t even have a drive up ATM to help

I found the way they treated me very rude, not to mention that they didn't give me a solution to my problem. I had to go to another office, it was better and much faster.

Immediately on walking in, I was greeted by security and another woman, who I think was the manager. I asked her a question and she was knowledgeable and had an answer for me. Then I went to deposit a check with Cece and she was so kind and quick! Was out of there in 5min. Great service.
