The staff at this bank office, from security guards to lobby managers, are all lazy and rude. I was thinking, although they are all employees of Chase Bank, people at different workplaces are really different. The staff here are the worst Chase Bank staff I have ever seen!

Very bad service, I made an appointment to get a personal account, they scheduled an appointment for me today, I arrived punctually at the assigned time and they did not attend to me, terrible service.
