I went in to get an estimate for hail repair and Shelly was super patient and honest walking me through the process! Being new to the state, I knew nothing about hail claims so Shelly was able to talk me through it and explain how it worked. While I didn’t need to use the shop services, I’d highly recommend them just based off this interaction knowing that they wanted what was best for me even if it meant they may lose out on some work. Thanks Shelly!

I had an appointment with this location, to drop my truck off. Shelly mentioned having to come out of pocket for labor on top of my deductible. She mentioned labor at around 67.00- which is pretty low in the industry. I am a pretty seasoned service writer myself, in my dealings with insurance companies I had no issue with them covering labor cost, especially that low. I felt uneasy about this, the next day I called their office with my concern, they said I would definitely be coming out of pocket for labor cost.I told I would not going forward with repairs at their shop.I spoke with 3 different people at All State, they all stated they had not had an issue covering labor cost. They charged me a 100 to get my truck, first they said for storage, then it was for the estimate. I recommend going to more reputable shop that is not going to try to go outside your deductible;. This is not normal practice.

When the windshield replacement shop takes your windshield off and says "Oops, you've got some rust here, we can't replace the windshield or even reattach the old one"—where do you have your car towed? If you call around to the various body shops in Denver who claim (on their website, on Yelp, etc.) that they work with rust, you will find that they do not in fact work... with... rust. Hmmmm.
Fortunately there's Caropractor, who does in fact do rust repair. And then, since it's apparently a very rare service, you might expect to pay a premium and a half—but I found their rates very reasonable.
So, 5 stars on that end. And then another 2 extra stars for Shelley, who has been super on top of things, kept me informed about what the windshield company is doing (even better than the windshield company themselves have), and even went the extra mile to help coordinate things with the windshield folks. Caropractor ownership: if you guys do any type of incentive reward program for your staff, Shelley deserves all the bonuses that you might give her!

My absolute favorite place and go to! They won me over when I had a very rare car and were willing to do everything they could. I called (no joke) probably 30-40 shops around Denver. They were the only ones even willing to see me. While they would not immediately fix it due to parts, they did what they were able. Since then I go to them for all my other vehicles and they never disappoint!

This shop is the best for car repairs. They have worked on 3 of our vehicles over the years and they take pride in the work do plus they are priced fairly. They made the process easy and worked with our insurance.

Caropractor is the best body shop I have ever delt with, affordable, courteous, efficient and high-quality. I took my Tesla in for a PDR on a dent in difficult spot. Other shops had turned me away or told me they would have to drill “factory” holes in door jambs. These guys took it on and completely removed the dent, without any added holes! And I had my car back in hours after dropping it off.
If you are looking for Paintless Dent Repair job the Denver metro area, look no further, this is THE shop to go to. Can’t recommend them enough.

I brought my dad's 97 chevy 1500 that I inherited after his unfortunate passing this year he had gotten rear-ended a couple of years ago and never fixed it. Granted it wasn't extensive but it made it to where I had to take the original bumper off because it was ugly, these guys understood my goal and what it meant to me to get it done.
