Agree with all ex-customers who posted issues about huge lines where you can spend 1+ of your time. Would be better if returns/exchanges have at least one cashier(associate). Came several times (!!!) to do returns, but left because of endless lines.
Another thing is a mess, all merchandise is messed up and mixed up with each other.
This review isn’t about bad stuff, is about sides to be changed (I hope)

The Ross for Latinos in Colorado, basically you will find almost the same products, just like the Ross all messy and thrown away, but resolve to find varied things at a good price. Full weekend, long lines to pay. 4 out of 5 stars for clutter on shelves and aisles

They stop you at the entrance for "safety" they said but it's just for the camera to get a good look at you before you can shop. Very annoying and unnecessary but now I know this and will not be going back. The store itself is not something that I can handle anyway, there is so much product just thrown in shelves and things on the floor everywhere. They did have a big selection of stuff but I don't want to have to dig around while I shop. Not for me.

My gf felt very uncomfortable there today when we went there. We went in together but left separately as i went to charge my phone. The security guard there at 3:30pm tried flirting with her and telling her to come see him next time she comes. She laughed at him and he told her he was not kidding. We wont be going back to a place where the security man that is there to make you feel safe is the one security should be dragging out.

I was able to find good quality and affordable luggage and shower shoes. The only dislike was the checkout process. The cashier was talking on her cellphone the entire time. She didn't have the decency to put the call on hold as she scanned my items. Very unprofessional.

I live this place great prices quality items I wish they had more help because the lines are always a minimum 15 min but if you know what times to go (early a.m.) you get first pick of new items and restocked items the employees here are super friendly and try their best I prefer burlington over ross for certain items and vice versa but hands down fun shopping experience and they save me alot of money!!
