I’ve been going to Brakes Plus for about 25 years and to this store for about 5 years. My battery had very little charge. Was told there are different kinds of batteries and the one they had would be $214 + labor and tax. That sounded quite high but agreed to it. While the work was being done I checked online. After the battery was installed I asked the brand and was told that it’s “made for Brakes Plus”. I looked it up online and it’s being sold for $99-130. I talked to the manager who said that Brakes Plus needs to make money and I said, Almost $100 on a battery?” He offered to put my old battery back in but at that point I didn’t feel like hassling with it. What a rip off! I was contacted by the Regional Director who said he would send me a synthetic oil change coupon that would cover my next oil change. So I’m just waiting for that to arrive.

wait for 3 hours when I had already booked a appointment at 10am after 3 hours they didn’t even had bring my truck inside the shop I don’t know why they even make appointments if it’s just not worth it..

Needed a strut on my jeep. They fixed it at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I would definately refer anyone to them.

Adam & Chris are the BOMB!!! They not only take care of our families 3 cars, they do so in a timely, professional, respectful, & efficient manner. We will never, ever go anywhere else! I love this Brakes Plus! They are outstanding!

This place clearly doesn't respect their own employees or their customers. I watched the manager (chris) leave while an employee named Alex yelled and cussed out a Muslim customer with a baby in her hands. There's even times when there's arguments between employees and the same manager who doesn't step in and resolve the issue. I don't think this shop is working with everyone being disrespectful towards each other and especially customers. I personally know one of the employees that isn't at that location anymore, but the things they told me are completely outrageous. They fired a young girl there while she had a chest injury, I really hope that girl is ok.

Came here to get my brakes checked. Was told that I need all 4 rotors and brake pads changed for $900. Took my car to a family friend and all rotors were in perfect condition, and I only needed my rear brake pads changed.

I would never go to this place ever in my life again it was really unbelievable. I had an appointment at 12. I waited for three hours and nobody put my car inside. Nobody checked that. Nobody nothing somebody had an appointment at 1 o’clock at 1:48. They told him what was wrong with their vehicle. I still waited a little bit more to see if they would tell me something at 2:15 I asked them are they gonna check my vehicle yes or no they said my vehicle was next to being inside to look outside and my car was still outside three hours and they told me wait 15 minutes for we can check your vehicle and my car was still outside waiting really unbelievable I would never recommend this to anybody
