I went to Ty bowling services to purchase a new ball being a new bowler not knowing what to purchase these guys treated me like a king .I would recommend to anyone .They were awesome .Thank you Russ and Brian .

I arrived after they were closed and the worker there greeted me and helped me right away even though it was 30 minutes after closing, he even helped others after I was finished. He made sure what I wanted my ball to do and tried to get the best fit for me possible. The entire process was a little less than 30 minutes and professionally done.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I followed a man who opened the pro shop door with a key last night, 8/17/21 a busy Wednesday at bowlero, at 7:15pm after 2 unanswered calls earlier in the day. I asked if they were open and got a “no”. I asked if I could drop my ball off to be drilled and was only asked “are you 2 holes or 3?” I answered “3” and the only thing I got back was that they couldn’t even take me until SATURDAY in a very rude manner. I’ve never been so unprofessionally treated in a place I wanted to spend my money for a service. Definitely take your ball and money to a different pro shop that cares and is professional. I’m finding new home lanes after this experience.

Drilled my Ebonite Aero and Motiv Sniper. These guys really put care and attention in making sure my grip fit the way I wanted it. They even gave me tips and advice on how to get a better release. Appreciated their friendliness and knowledge!

These guys know their stuff, and they actually strive to provide their customers with bowling equipment that suits their game. Most proshops I've been to, basically sell you over priced balls with basic measurements and layouts with little to no knowledge of what you are looking for out of the bowling ball. Russ and Joe really went Above and Beyond in regards to helping me begin to achieve my goals associated with building my arsenal. I will continue to drive from Arvada to Aurora in order to utilize the services they provide. It truly feels like the ball is Totally Yours.

If you are Fred Flinstone, this is the place for you! They do not understand that bowling balls are supposed to be round. I was bowling a league at Brunswick and the equipment took a chunk out of my ball. I was told to take it to their pro shop. I did. They sanded out the chunk and told me it was fine. It is far from fine. It wobbles down the lane. I guess I have to learn to bowl like the prehistoric bowlers.

DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, AND A RIP OFF! My husband and I went to get geared up for our bowling league we recently joined. We are not pro bowlers, just wanted to have some fun and we recently moved blocks away. We spent almost $500 on balls, bags and shoes. We had to order our shoes as they did not have our sizes in stock (7 1/2 and 13). They said they would order the shoes and we prepaid. After a week of waiting for a phone call from the pro shop to tell us our shoes were in, I decided to just order my shoes online because we never heard from the pro shop. Besides not hearing from them I found my shoes online at half the price they charged me. So I pulled the trigger and ordered my shoes online. I received my shoes 1 day later and was able to wear that night in our league. I went to the pro shop to check on our order and the manager told us the shoes had not been ordered yet. (it had been a week and a half since we ordered the shoes) I asked if he could cancel my shoe order but keep my husbands as I had found a better price online. He said I had to pay a restocking fee. RESTOCKING FEE? You haven't ordered the shoes yet why am I pay a restocking fee? Can you please just refund my card for the amount of my shoes ($75)? He said he would have to charge my 5% interest and additional 5% interest to refund as well. (10% interest fee) I am a small business owner, I know what merchant fees run and it is not 5%, nor do these companies charge a refund percentage fee. We spent $500 in your shop and you can't work with us? The manager would not let me contact the owner, he was incredibly rude to me and disrespectful. Because he was so visible angry at me, I asked him to then cancel my husbands shoe order too. He threw a piece of paper and pen on the counter at me, told me to write down my contact info and the owner would call me. When my husband came to meet me for bowling, I explained what happened. He headed to the pro shop to talk to the manager. The manger walked out of the store and would not return. He made my husband wait for 15minutes while he chatted with some friends just outside the door. Turns out, they did have our shoes the whole time!! ("the manger" never checked to see if our shoes had been ordered when I was in there.) My husband kept his shoes but asked for a refund for my shoes as I had already been using the shoes I ordered online. He said no!! The owner, Debbie, eventually chatted via phone with my husband and said she would refund the money, however we have yet to get anyone's help at this pro shop. My husband told her we would be back next Monday, the night of our league, to get the refund and she no showed. Debbie told us she didn't come in because we agreed to come in on a Saturday, which we did not! (We both work on Saturdays so there is no way we would of agreed to come in) Besides that, why does it matter which day we come in, can't we just get a refund? Why the manger can't perform a refund for us is embarrassing. He was still incredibly rude to my husband. Yes, we ordered shoes online but that is consumerism. We got a better deal. I think they are forgetting the other $400 we spent in the store! I really hope the owner can understand our frustration with this place and do the right thing. SIDE NOTE: I just went to Monaco Lanes pro shop, it is cleaner, brighter and the owner Shawn understands customer service. Because Shawn was so friendly and helpful, I bought my husband a couple private bowling lessons for his birthday. I also decided to see if they carried both of the shoes we ordered. They did.... and offered them at comparable online prices! I will NEVER spend money with this pro shop and save yourself the rip off and go to Monaco Lanes Pro shop.
