Worst product, horrible service mean and rude customer service representatives. Waste of money and time. They have been the exact opposite of simple. The customer service representative even threatened me. This company is AWFUL don't walk away... RUN!!!! (You have been warned.) The don't even deserve 1 start. I felt the obligation to help others not have to deal with the hours of frustration this company causes.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would customer service absolutely sucks I went in and paid my bill but I made a mistake and got a number mixed up and they took my money and refused to credit it towards my account so I basically just paid someone else's bill for them do not use this Boost Mobile they suck balls
