My wife was in an accident and called blue diamond they showed up pretty fast they had a driver near by. They got my wifes car off the road and towed it to the storage yard. They were extremely professional and friendly they even went above and beyond and gave my wife a ride home as I was 2 hrs away for work thanks blue diamond you guys really are amazing and appreciate what you did for my wife in such a scary situation

Our vehicle broke down today so we called these guys. We were quoted $350 "because of the mileage." It was a bit of a drive so I accepted that. However, when we got to our location, the driver charged us $450 because he added a mileage fee. We really couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't going to release the vehicle unless we paid. I felt very taken advantage of as we were not told $350 was a base price and mileage would be added on. The mileage was specifically mentioned when they quoted us the price.

This place is by far the best towing service I’ve ever used. I call at 456pm and had a tow there by 520pm. Best, fastest service and the most affordable out of the 6 places I called. Eduardo (Eddie) is a pro and he’s the best at what he does. Best towing experience for such a stressful situation. Thanks Eddie your the man! This is for the Aurora location! Big shout out

I'm on my way to work this morning I had a blue diamond tow truck racing in front of me then cut me off nearly hitting me. later down the road he just back in to the other lane gets behind a slower driver, he began to ride said drivers tail once I got passed him he jumped back behind me and starts tail gating me swerving back and forth like he was trying to push me off the road or to get me to speed up, the limit was 30 and we were in a school zone. But the most ironic part is on the back of the truck it had a sticker stating "drive slow save a life" obviously not mine. I got the plate DLG704 if this is how they drive without a car on the bed I can't imagine with a car and how reckless and stupid this man must be for driving so dangerous with such a heavy vehicle!! I definitely will never be using their services

My 29 yr old car failed in halfway over the Dam road during rush hour, backing up rush hour traffic (sorry fellow travelers that I delayed, and special thanks to the police officer who helped make a bad situation bearable. Mr police officer, You were awesome. Thanks so much!). I called Blue Diamond and received a quick callback within minutes. Jorge asked for my location and was there within the time he predicted (less than 15minutes). Jorge was super professional and did an awesome job. Got my disabled old car back home. Thanks! Great job!

I just had a great experience with Blue Diamond Towing. Jonathan was very quick in arriving was VERY helpful in helping me out with a jump. I originally thought I'd need a tow to Acura! Great service and company. Just call them!-Mark

Awful. Don’t call them. They didn’t show up. Completely ghosted us. Our vehicle broke down on the road, we called and scheduled a tow at 7am. Checked in with them an hour later and were told they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. Another hour later we attempted to get an update and nobody answered the phone. We then booked with another company (Agero). At 11:45am Blue Diamond finally calls back and asks “do we still need a tow?”. Lol after our car had already been dropped off at the shop by Agero.
