Picked up a dishwasher here. Once I got to installing it the next morning I found out it’s missing the leg assembly that should be installed from the factory.
BestBuy corporate customer service refuses to help and I can’t get in contact with the Aurora Warehouse who are supposedly the only people who can help. Now to get anything done I have to drive an hour out of the way and hope they’re helpful.

The security apparently is not happy with his modest salary, he does not inform very well, then one as a driver is struggling with the very rude bill of lading. I recommend that you do not get tired of asking even if they look at you with a bad face ???

Avoid at all cost. Slow warehouse. Managers don’t care. Take a different load if at all possible. Believe me. AVOID!!!!!
Can’t contact corporate to tell warehouse to do their job. Been waiting 3 days and have to reschedule through no fault of my own oh. And the next appt isn’t for another 3 days. While there is not another truck at the warehouse.

Never trust the employees here, they probably take money from drivers and do not proceed according to the appointment. Everyone paid for those who unload, they will start unloading him first, even if you were present at your appointment and waited for 5 hours.

Incompetent supervisor. Went to pick up order after email stating it was ready for pickup. Didn't have it and supervisor said "yeah I noticed that 3 days ago". I understand inventory is wrong sometimes but she couldn't take 10 seconds to click cancel.

Staff at check in window very quiet and un bothered that people where waiting. Waited at least 20 minutes before getting instructions of what to do. Went to loading door and still waited forever to someone to show up.
