Staff was very helpful! In the past I could never find clothes that would fit me. but they have the cutest heals so my sister and I stoped by to look for something for a concert. The staff was very nice and helped me find cloths that fit me. I ended up finding lots of options thanks to girls!

whoever the manager is beyond rude. i had come in with my mother the way she was disrespecting and talking to her. Place is a scam. cheap clothes that rip and break and then they don’t exchange or have a return policy that they follow. DON’T SHOP HERE, YOU WILL END UP LEAVING MAD AND OUT OF MONEY.

The lady working the counter was incedibly rude.. I was shopping and trying to get a few items off of the wall. while she was busy helping someone else I was looking at the sales rack. She looks at me and tells me "we're closed" I tried to explain I was waiting to get something down from the wall she goes yeah no we're closed. I tried to remind her politely that there was still 5 minutes until they are officially closed and I just wanted to get a top off of the wall. She again told me "no we're closed." All the while there was still another woman in the store actively shopping. Horrible customer service. You can't tell one person that they are done and kick them out while still letting someone else still shop. I'm not sure if they were friends or what the case was. But I know I understand enough Spanish to understand her still allowing her to shop and make suggestions. Definitely lost my service. I have worked retail before and know for a fact we could not close or kick someone out until actual closing time. Which we would not do unless someone really was taking advantage of us

Worst store in the mall. You need a last minute outfit,MAYBE! Cheap material, no help from the staff, and they don’t stand by their return policy! I wouldn’t buy my dogs clothes from here! Stuck with a skirt because someone else failed to do their job! The gag is I have my receipt and tags still on the merchandise!!I get home and can barely unzip the skirt, then the to find “someone else’s extra shit” in it was allllll the reason to return it!Moral of the story, don’t shop here unless you are looking for a last minute outfit! OR just don’t shop last minute! ??Rant over! ?

I live in Denver and I came to Aurora last weekend to visit my parents. I had some time on my hands so I went shopping. I decided to browse around and I went into BBB Fashion after seeing the pretty display of clothing in the windows . When I walked inside the staff greeted me in a way that made me feel so welcome! I stayed and finally bought some dresses for myself and to give to my friend who also lives in Aurora . BBB Fashion has really wonderful staff and truly “fashionable” clothing. I will make it a point to come to this store from now on every time I’m in Aurora!

Alejandra was the worst most disgusting customer service person I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. She judged my sister by looking up and down with her eyes when my sister came out of the dressing room with a disgusted look on her face and turned her body away with this childish attitude! I would suggest to stay away and find a better family business to shop for a dress to support! This place is awful!!!Sammie
