He came out took it right off and I bought new ones, he came out and put on all the blades for me too ?? Amazing customer service this is the place I have been shopping at for many years. “Tina and Julian where very nice and professional after goin to walmart on tower rd and was told by one of the workers that he couldn’t help with replacing my battery saying if he replace it my car wouldn’t work anymore i was very upset i then went looking up placing that where open on Sunday and found batteries plus the workers there were very knowledgeable nice and friendly highly recommend there services i was able to get a battery for my car and have it install for free and it was quick thank you guys you were awesome”

“I stopped here in the middle of a weekday afternoon because my engine was overheating due to a bad coolant leak. The manager, Josue, took a look under the hood, filled the reservoir with coolant and we both could see the coolant leaking right out through the hose. He advised me to go up the street to Feshaye Automotive because he knew they would take care of me because I would likely run out of the coolant that he added before getting home. I visited Feshaye where the two managers were discussing my emergency on the phone when I walked in. Thanks to Josue, Feshaye took my car in and repaired it while I waited, at a fair price. I will go out of my way to buy my auto parts at this O'Reilly in the future thanks to their outstanding service!”

“I recently visited this auto part store and overall had a positive experience. The service was great, and I encountered no problems. However, during my visit, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving an employee named Fernando. In plain sight and with no shame, he was disrespectful towards his coworker, openly criticizing them in Spanish. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. While my interaction with other staff members was pleasant, witnessing such behavior impacts the overall atmosphere of the store. Management should address this issue to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.”
