Tina and Julian where very nice and professional after goin to walmart on tower rd and was told by one of the workers that he couldn’t help with replacing my battery saying if he replace it my car wouldn’t work anymore i was very upset i then went looking up placing that where open on Sunday and found batteries plus the workers there were very knowledgeable nice and friendly highly recommend there services i was able to get a battery for my car and have it install for free and it was quick thank you guys you were awesome

I ordered my RV battery online, got an extra discount. It was ready.... the clerk carried out the new battery and carried in my core for me. Very fast process.
I wish I would of thought of them for my car FOB! I over paid from a lock smith for a FOB that looks nothing like my original and all the functions do not work & they did not replace it.

Never ever take your phone here to get it repaired. T-Mobile scheduled an appointment here for a screen repair. They promised 2 hours, by end of day. They had not touched it when they closed for the night. The next day we arrived and they still hadn't looked at it and had no idea when an apple certified technician would arrive. They said it would be another day.
There was no calls, no updates and they never answered their phone. We had to go in in person to get updates. The same person who worked with us acted like they did not recognize us. Total fail!

Tina and her team are very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with their performance. I wish every retail/service store in the US was providing the same treatment and service to the consumers. I will definitely shop there again.

I phoned the location before going there. I spoke with sales associate, RIA, who was very helpful and encouraged me to visit the store, which I did….at least partly due to her attitude. When I arrived, she basically met me at the door, asked if I was the caller, and promptly took care of my need in a very cheerful and constructive manner. I would like to take this opportunity to call out, not only RIA, but also the store manager, TINA. They have certainly earned my future business. SALUTE!

Many people need batteries. I walked into batteries plus with intent to purchase a small one for my car key fob. The two employees inside seemed like they hadn't seen anyone in months, though they were helpful and informative. I felt bad leaving them there.
