Told me at the counter my check wouldn’t be held as I deposited a cashiers check from my other bank. The check was held over the weekend with no available funds until Monday. I could have taken the cashiers check back to my old bank and gotten the cash but since the teller told me it wouldn’t be held I deposited it. Now I’m stuck for the whole weekend waiting for my money.

I was refused today service despite having an account with them for 5+ years.Went to Stapleton branch after this location and was greeted and served with flying colors.

This bank is inconvenient when depositing checks, atm location and it seems like it only exists in Colorado. They charge like crazy and customer service is not helpful. I will be closing my account fast. I fear that one on these days they will take people money due to bankruptcy… looking at the comments a lot of us are leaving this bank

TEMPORARILY CLOSED -_-Very disappointing. I imagine that there’s a multitude of factors that BotW considered in temporarily closing this location, but as a customer I don’t really care. This bank is antiquated and it shows, especially in their app and available services.I’ve been thinking of moving to another bank for quite some time now and this was the last nail in the coffin to that decision. There’s only two “close” branches to me, and to have this one closed with no heads up is frustrating. I mean, BotW sends me satisfaction emails any time I have a teller transaction, couldn’t they have sent an email giving customers coming to this particular breach frequently a head’s up??

This specific branch claimed they could not do a wire transfer in the 10 minutes before a deadline. Furthermore they stated that they could not hold a wire transfer for the following day, something multiple other branches have been able to do. Confirmed from other branches that this should not be an issue.

the service at my branch at colfax and havana has steadily deteriorated, now i see they have temporarily closed. i have been a customer for 30 years. i am considering closing my account. in a public sector where service is everything, Bank of the West--what are you doing?

Useless, unless you love service charges inconvenient times no coin counting machine which I can't imagine a bank not having one but I guess it's better if I drive 50 minutes away to another bank location with a public coin counter you must knock on glass door to enter the building wear a mask and talk through a plexiglass divider to a clueless bank teller who is also wearing a mask. I could go on about several other reasons this bank branch sucks but I'll end it here. If you value your time at all stay away from this she'll of a bank.???

So this has nothing to do with this Branch but the only way I can voice my opinion is here. So I call to find out why a cancelled card is still trying to be used. Per the gentleman that I spoke with first (who name was Christian who was so nice) this was something that he never see or heard of. So I get transferred to a lady NAMED HEATHER and I'm trying to explain to her how a customer would feel when something should be cancelled but your still getting alerts that it's being used. And she's trying to talk over me and then hangs up on me.#Pleasetakeyourmony$$toabetterplace
