This branch has some of the best tellers I've had the pleasure of interacting with. All very kind and good at their jobs. They treat you like a friend and I enjoy that. My family also loves banking at this location because of their great hospitality and quick service!

The worst customer service. I went in to information about my auto car payments and they said I had to wait a week to get my report. Plus I get charged $15 “late fee”every month even though it’s done before.

This Bank is full of incompetent people, The management screw up and then cover for themselves by lying, they gave me someone else's account information as well as other issues i have had with them , I contacted customer service and filed a complaint and still have not heard from them. What a joke Bank of the west has become , this branch is completely INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!

Left BOTW today and joined a credit union. Best decision ever! This bank is always understaffed and the way deposits are posted really sucks! I made a $150 deposit in cash and only $90 was available immediately. It was during business hours so that made no sense to me. Another thing is the deceptive current balance status. You may think you have $800 available in the account, but the available balance is actually $500. You won't figure that out until it's probably too late. I'd check my balances five times a day or more. I shouldn't have to. Another thing is that overdraft fees accrue daily! $35 is assessed for the initial overdraft then you are charged additional fees every day that you are in overdraft...I was negative 0.57 cents and was penalized $35. I had never overdrawn before and thought as a courtesy they would waive the fee. No bueno. Stay away from these heartless crooks!
