Some one was able to walk in with an out of state DL, with 3 different badges and still able to withdraw $5k. Better training and customer service needed. When I called to speak with manager, the employee insisted there was not one on site and to call customer service. How does a bank operate without a supervisor. After insisting the employee hung up on me. It would’ve been professional to own up to the mistakes made.

Had a lovely experience at this location. My 'home' location has been short staffed, so I scheduled to meet with Jovanny at this location and had a great experience. He answered all of my questions and was able to help us set up new accounts. Many of the reviews complain about the lack of staffing, and while its true many location are under staffed, this is not the fault of the day to day employees, even if it is their burden. Jovanny truly took the time to make sure we understood and I look forward to working with him again. Please let him know he is appreciated!

Rating for this branch only. Sarah M. Goes above and beyond for every customer and her example should be your corporate model since your call center almost drove me away from your banking institution. She takes service to a level rarely seen in your company, especially outside of this branch. Thank you and AAARG!

I think banks are changing from paper to computers. Less work for people, more work for computers. I was happy I didn't have to wright paper work to make a deposit.

This branch is so slow, you'd swear they were printing the money here lol. I've only ever had to come here a few times, and 90% of those visits were remarkably slow or unpleasant in some way.

I barely go out because of covid but had banking for 2 different accounts I needed to take care of. I had to have someone drive me because I'm handicapped. The manager talked to me like I was a dog, wouldnt let me in the bank, they kept the door locked. She insisted I go in drive thru, I said no. She was rude and said I had to wait. Teller came and unlocked door, same argument for over 10 minutes of being rude he finally let me in. I've been with them over 30 years was treated like i had covid. Reported to corporate. Manager is is horrible witch who thinks shes better than everyone. I hate that specific bank

After being closed for 3 days they only had 1 teller working! Making us waiting for 45 minutes! We were the 4th car and we still haven’t made it to the teller! I do not recommend coming to this one if they only have 1 teller working!!

I had a terrible experience here. I came to rectify my business account problem which was that the free business account had charged me $25.00 Which no big deal they should refund because its a free account. Associated with this fee is an overdraft fee of $30.00. They told me that they are too busy to help me rectify this account and that I would need to call customer support. They also failed to deposit a check for me because my truck was too big to fit through the drive through during the covid19 pandemic. Which apparently because of covid they need more money so they increased the business account costs! Just great. I highly recommend that you steer clear from anything B.O.W. their services, pricing, and loan rates all trash!
