We contacted this branch even though we don't have an account and they went above and beyond to help us. It's very hard to find a business with outstanding customer service, but this branch has it. Thank you!

I recently went to this branch to get help with a transfer. There was 4 different rooms to help people but two were busy so there was 2 other persons left doing literally NOTHING. So this lady came up to me “TATIANA” with her little attitude being kinda disrespectful with customer, she just told me that they couldn’t help me today so I had to make an appointment for another day and I tried to explain her that I work during the week and that’s why I was there today Saturday, after that she was basically getting ride of me she was super rude to me I don’t know what’s going on with this lady but this is not the experience I expect to get from this company so definitely I’m not coming back to this branch.

Thieves! 6 day hold on a check from a very large local car dealership. Transactions are done electronically, no reason for extended holds other than BOA collecting interest on my money. My ReplyNotice how BOA doesn't directly address the problem and tries to take the conversation elsewhere. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for a 6 day hold.

Hello Everyone! Here is the situation. I came to this branch to open 3 accounts. I wanted to apply for secured business credit card that requires $1000 deposit. The stuff at the branch my banker Khoi Duong and his Manager Tatyana Kostenko told me that I have to apply for Unsecured Business Credit card “actual business credit card” first, before applying for secured. I verified with customer service Bank of America and they told me that I could of just apply for Secured Business Card and did not need to apply for normal business credit card. The reality is, I was told lies. I felt like I was taken advantage of. The good news, I checked and it does not show hard inquiry on my credit. The bad news, these folks lied to me and they deserve a one star review and I will never go to this branch again.

This Bank of America is trash. I never go into the bank but when I do I Waited in line 30 mins to cash a check. 30 minutes???? I was asked many questions about the check and told there’s a lot of scams going on. Then she said the check printing was off. Not my problem, do your due diligence, call the business call the bank whatever. I shouldn’t have to answer stupid questions. It’s money money cash that check and give it to me. Tatiana, the level of incompetency and you laughing to my face shows you needs a lesson in customer service or need to find another job. It also shows Bank Of America only require incompetency to get hired. I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

I was very impressed with this bank the moment that I walked in. It is very modern, clean, and the staff all wear business attire. When was the last time you've seen that in a bank? I was in a Wells Fargo in Greenwood Village last week and the staff all had on sort of scrubby clothes looking like they were going to go to a garage sale. We had excellent service here, and we continue to have excellent service with their mobile site. I can't believe all of the options you have for security. It makes me feel much better than when I was with the other bank.

Our experience here was very poor in every aspect. Banking may be a very difficult field to work in, so these remarks are perhaps more indicative of the ethos of this corporation than the individuals employed there. However, the manager kept my elderly father standing while she assisted us at a standing desk, seemingly unaware that he was leaning on his walker and trembling with strain, for some time before I finally asked for a chair. This speaks to a poor layout/ customer experience design as well as a lack of observation and empathy on the part of the manager. We had to make a second visit because of our mistake in not having proper identification However, we were not instructed that we could not open an account without having a cell phone on which to receive an authorization code. We realize fraud is an issue in the banking world but communication about the policies is vitally important. The banker had the opportunity to instruct us what to bring on our first visit but did not. The experience was distressing enough that we decided to stop banking with Bank of America altogether. We immediately went to Chase bank where our experience was as different as it could possibly be and we left with exactly what we needed, as well as the feeling of being valued, seen, respected and truly served.

Joke of a place. Got there right when they were “open” this morning. Two employees told us they couldn’t help us as they were starting a hour late due to the weather. Even though they were in the building during “business hours”I informed them of the importance of needing to get a cashiers check today to close on my house I’m purchasing, they just told me to leave. Ridiculous hourly low wage employees. I’m taking all my money out of BoA! Say goodbye to a Platinum Honors tier member.

Tatyana is very rude. She is never willing to help her staff. Several people in line and she won't help. You have to wait for the banker/teller. They also don't open until 9 then sends staff to lunch at 11 and she has you wait until the staff comes back. I have heard her yell at George several times in front of customers.

Sad experience today at BoA. I simply wanted change to get 5’s and 10’s as our kids had a fundraiser they were doing and needed change money. There were no customers there I walked up to the teller as he was about to help, he asked do I have an account and I honestly said no. Instead of thinking wow here is a potential client and asking about my current bank or if I needed any banking services he pulled his hands back and said I can’t help you, you are not a BoA customer. Now I’m not likely to ever be. You are a bank asking for change is a minimum service. I don’t think it’s the teller as he implied it was policy he is embarrassed to have to enforce. He even apologized as I left. I wasn’t rude or loud but was annoyed and told them it was sad. Went in to US Bank on Smokey Hill, where I am also not a current client and they we extremely friendly and immediately offered to help. We need more friendly customer service these days.

Tried to close my account today, but was met with multiple hurdles including upselling from the branch manager, transfer to an automated answering machine without the ability to close the account, and finally went to the fraud department to be transferred back to a human being in customer service. So glad to move forward with Chase, PNC, 1st Bank, and Ent Credit Union with zero fees and $5 or less minimums!

Terrible service!! 30 min waiting to be served, I was the only customer in the bank, everyone looking at each other's faces doing basically nothing, I had to leave because I ALSO WORK and I can't spend my whole day waiting to be served in a bank for a simple cashier's check.
