This branch is useless. I went to make a bank transfer and they told me I had to have an appointment. It is the worst branch I have ever visited. Every time I go it's a problem. They don't help you at all. Thank goodness there are other branches, because if not, I would have already closed my account with the bank because of that branch. I'll send a manager to fix that office.

Refused to cash my check and would not give a reason and why they could not do so. No wonder they have 2 stars

Hire people that actually want to work in customer service cause these people sure don’t! Extremely rude teller with an attitude. I decided to just leave at that point, I’d rather go to another bank than come to one with an attitude. And from looking at the other reviews, maybe a whole new team of staff
would be better.

I was there and the manager helped me in a very pressured way instead of explaining calmly, so if it's not enough then they should add more staff, because it's not the first time it's happened to me.

The staff are so irresponsible and rude! One white female had a bad attitude toward the customer; I wanted to give her my check, but she left me on desk with no reason!

Was happy to know BOf was branching in CO. The one time I needed them came to this branch in Havanna 3 times to endorse home ins claims. Today, the lady upfront ask my dad in Spanish what he needed I reply in Spanish “venimos por cheques de seguro de casa”. Oh she replied aseguranza I said seguro de casa then she said again es aseguranza. I mean ok if you want to say it wrong is fine. Then I spoke English from there on. She was attending a customer and asking if we had a case number I keep saying the b
BofA already endorse on check and we just need two more. At this point there was another helper with her and she said to the helper tell her (when I was right in front) that if she wants help she can come back in an hr. I can’t help her now. Mind this is the third time we come to this branch.
Awful service. The lady upfront was trying to help a guy who h is fine she could of said: I will be right with you after this gentleman. I would of been oh with that.
Wouldn’t recommend coming to this branch. As for what I needed done I will just mail BofA so they can endorse my checks. So sad to have this experience with a bank we had for years in California.

Not only does this location lack customer service, the staff is too busy gossiping amongst each other instead of helping with clients. I had to walk out after standing in line for 15 minutes.

Thinking about closing my account they never answer the phone I was lied to about a few promotions they had going. You can't talk to anyone without having a appointment.

I constantly get hangup calls (on do not call list) and they have zero ways to talk to an actual person and no email information to contact them. They swear they'll never ask for account info, yet if you call the number back they require account info to talk to you.I don't do business with them, and this shady way of operating is one major reason for that.

I guess it’s no surprise already seeing they have 2 stars. Their banker appointments are booked out for days and they can’t convert Euros to dollars. You’re a bank… why don’t you offer basic services and have more appointments available for bankers? Useless trip to the bank today. This is why I try to do everything online.
