Definitely the worst Bank of America branch I’ve been to. Any time I go there for some thing they mess something up or take a very long time to complete my transaction. They turned me away once to get a notary until I made an appointment, then on the appointment they were late and made me wait, and in the end they notarized my document incorrectly.
They will insist they know how to notarize but don’t trust them. The guy was more interested in yapping with me for half an hour than helping me finish important and pressing business that I had to repeatedly return to them for.

I went into this Branch today to cash a check from an insurance claim. They refused to cash the check drawn off of one of their accounts without even looking at the check!!! The gentleman that I dealt with made me feel like that I was beneath them and that I was wasting their time.

Worst bank ever. I'm a contractor, and my client mortgage is through them. My clients house is not livable because of a pipe break and the insurance company sent the mortgage company the money for the repairs. The mortgage company will not release funds for the repair until the home it done being rebuilt but nobody will start the work without a deposit. The homeowner is also elderly and disabled, & she is sleeping on a friend's couch until her home gets fixed.Stay clear of this bank

Worst bank ever! Only have 1 “teller”. If you want to withdraw cash from your account. You’re gonna have to wait a LONG time if there’s someone ahead of you. So glad I stopped banking with them

Why on earth the BoA branches close at 4PM nowadays is beyond me. Makes it very inconvenient! They should also change their name to “Bank of SOME of America”, since there’s only like 6 branches in all of Colorado. (::insert eye roll::)And please, don’t waste your time with the standard, canned response that’s copy/pasted throughout all these reviews. Maybe take the time to actually seem genuine, rather than not. Or do you kids in the social media departments not know how to do that? My guess is that you do not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What bank closes on a Friday, 2 days before the biggest holiday of the year???? Not to mention the slowest and most incompetent bankers I have ever encountered. Highly do not recommend.

Most B of A employees are pretty worthless, but Eric Boiano (a manager) wins the least competent of the day award. He was really sure of himself that he didn't need to call and verify a deposit, but turns out he was wrong. When I went back to get him to finish the job, he was pretty rude about passing me off to another banker.I can't recommend against Bank of America any more strongly, but if you must, avoid this branch at all costs.Although William was able to fix the situation, Eric's mistake caused me to miss an expensive deadline. As it turns out, Will is new, and must have come from a bank that has actual customer service, and really does care.

Come here all the time to cash my bonus check. Today I am told my name is backwards. I Went to talk to my payroll manager(her office is next to mines) and she says nothing is wrong with my check. Check matches my information on my ID. Payroll and I tried contacting this location multiple times and no one ever answered. Very disappointed as it’s close to my job and very convenient but I do not think I will step my foot back there.
