I signed in I got text saying it was a 5 min wait waited an hour and no help worst first experience Office Depot, I thought there service was fast from what I heard but no unreliable.

I'll start by saying I have had decent luck in the past using Office Depot for my company's printing needs. We regularly used them for printing building construction documents (blueprints). The price was competitive, and service was generally reliable. This all changed on our last order. I placed the order to print a plan set last Monday. That's a week ago today. I remember the order page saying we could expect it to be ready within a day or two. On Friday, I got a call from the store saying they did not have that size of paper, and they had to order it from another store and have it shipped to them. I told them on the phone we had an inspection on Monday (today), and we needed to have the plans on site. The person I was speaking with told me he would call and email when the plans were ready, but if it didn't look like it would be in time, they would fast-track it from another store. Within about an hour or so, we got an email saying the plans were ready for pick-up. I figured they must have arrived earlier than expected, and all was well. Today we went in to pick up the plans. We were told they were not in the store, and they actually said, "I told you guys we would contact you when they were ready." Okay... Then why did we get an email they were ready? If they were ready that quickly, you wouldn't have to call. "Oh, that email was automatically generated by the system. It went out by mistake." Well, if that's the case, how come we weren't contacted to say the plans had not arrived, and we were getting them shipped from another store? They just admitted that they promised a call that we never got, but in their minds the whole situation was somehow our fault. Insane. They at least tried to make it right by canceling the order and placing it at another store that actually had the paper. It was across town, so we sent someone to go pick it up. We were charged again for the print job, this time without the coupon code we originally used, so the cost was about $20 more. We sent someone to pick up the plans and deliver them to the site, so we could put this whole ordeal to bed. When my partner showed up for his meeting to go over plans, we discovered that only the last 7 of 24 pages were printed. So not only did we get charged full price for plans that were ordered a week prior, the final print had less than 1/3 of the total pages. By this point, we had enough. We called to get a refund. The person on the phone just said, "Give me the card number, and I'll refund it." Not even so much as an "I'm sorry." The incompetence here is astounding, as is their apparent disdain for their customers. It seems like this lack of service is becoming more common these days, but I'm still amazed every time I encounter another example of it!

worst print service I've ever seen! The person with green hair at the printing department has no empathy with the customers at all. Rude, extremely slow and not professional. I wonder why does people like that accept their jobs opportunities if they will act like that while they are on duty. Office Depot do better when it's time to hire your employees. Writing this while I wait over 40 minutes to place an order.

This is to be such a nice store. Just went in and was told the print center no longer opens secure emails. I've always sent secure emails. And the store manger had a bad attitude walking around huffing and puffing. Slamming doors. Find a job you like sir!!! And post your print hours, rules and regulations!!! Most importantly where did all the cool people go! Oh I guess this nasty manager ran them off!

Worst customer service, printing department passed me off twice because no one knew what they were doing. Never will be back. I can see why this places locations are going out of business.

And I thought Best Buy was bad. I am done with their online shopping. I ordered a $450 HP laptop that turned out to be a lemon. Returned it at my local store, but it didn't go right, as they had difficulty scanning the return shipping receipt, and so it didn't credit back to my bank account. Told me it would be 5-7 days. Well the 7 days passed, and no refund. Called their HQ and spoke with chat who 'checked into it' but yet no refund, days later. This was getting ridiculous. Refunds have NEVER taken more than 3 days to process. "Corporate decision" they told me. Or other nonsense.

I tried to buy an Brother's printer which was displayed on the floor but was informed by the sales rep that this printer wasn't available -- not there or anywhere else in the Office Depot system. When I suggested that they should take it off the display I was told that the "home office" wouldn't let them interrupt the row of displayed printers. I had made two trips to the store, talked to the sales rep to make sure this printer had all the functions I needed. I don't think this is a fair business practice.

Needed to print a school project - spent 3 hours arguing with the staff trying to get good quality prints - one self-service printer broke down on me, 1 put black grains all over my prints, and the printer that the employees use behind the counter couldnt print a simple gradient! staff had no idea how to help me and knew nothing about printing besides where the \"print\" button is. if you need more than just a black copies, go to Office Depot on Colorado and Yale - they have amazing knowledgable team there!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible Five days to get this order picked up and it was all wrong!!! Had to go somewhere else to get this printed. Four different times arrived at store to pick up and order was not ready. Never use Office Depot again!!!

I ordered a cooker on 11/27/20, on 11/28/20 I received an email telling me my item had been shipped. On 12/06/20 I called office depot, because the tracking number they gave me for UPS was not showing any updates. Customer service told me that they sent an email, to the vendor, but they never followed thru to see if order had shipped. I was told on 12/06/2020 that they would have UPS pick up package and that I should receive update same day, that was a lie. I made a second phone call and was told to expect an update on 12/07/2020. I may have to cancel this order, because at this point I don't trust this company to do the right thing.
