Every time I want to pick up my shared car, it takes hours to get it due to lack of customer service (text only). They also don't automatically find your account for agreed upon minimum monthly payments. Took me hours to get them to fund my account with the money I was owed. Never sharing my car with Avail again!!!

Prince and Stephanie were so helpful to make sure I had an awesome experience on my trip in Colorado. The car I was placed in was immaculate and Stephanie made sure I even had a snow brush due to a new forecast for snow. I will certainly use Avail again.
