I just came in to get the diagnostic tests which Iāve never had a issue at any auto zone in any state running a quick test. All the younger men working there say to just go to big o tires down the road and they will do it for free. The test is 95 dollars and not free. Very disappointed today that they couldnāt just run it really quick unless denver auto zone doesnāt have the test equipment or do that. Shocked to send work elsewhere and I told them I just got to denver and my heater was broken. If it wasnāt a code planned to just buy fluid myself and add it if nothing came up. I will not be coming back to this auto zone or any other one every again!

This was a few weeks ago THE SHORT FAT GIRL I THINK HER NAME IS Antonia seems to be a manager she clearly could see that the older guy and the younger girl weāre backed up with many customers and she was just standing around slacking off Instead of helping. When it was finally my turn i said i have a commercial account and they told me it was already closed which seems wrong because all the other Autozoneās i have been to still help me they just call a more experienced person and get it done. Well Not this time, the older gentleman nicely explained that even though he knows how to do it and helped me last time, this time he couldnāt because his manager doesnāt let them, so i asked to talk to the manager Antonia she had an aggressive tone when she said commercial is closed and Iām not helping you. I asked ādo you now know how to bring up the other app?ā And she then replied āi was going to help you on diy but now iām not gonna help youā so then i told her how sheās rude unlike the older gentleman and she interrupted me, started yelling and calling me a sexist when all i did was ask if she knew how to sell to a commercial costumer or if she just didnāt want to. And secondly i pointed out how she older male has much better skills for dealing with costumers. She didnāt like that and started yelling, denying service and calling names. Reminded me of when i used to argue with classmates in school.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently visited AutoZone of Havana st. to pick up a commercial order. The customer service I received was incredibly frustrating. The commercial manager seemed more interested in avoiding helping customers than actually assisting them. Instead of helping me directly, they pointed me towards a busy employee who was already dealing with other customers.
To make matters worse, when I inquired about a delivery issue, a newly arrived employee was dismissive and rude, claiming that the estimated delivery time on my receipt was merely a "guess." This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.
I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options.

We came for some coolant and it was our turn to pay, a tall white man attended to us, I don't know what position he has in the place, but he was superrrr rude from the moment he called us, we told him that we didn't know how to speak English and he still continued shouting very hard. I don't know if it was because of our skin color or what, but very very rude literally, they shouldn't have that attention, knowing that more Hispanics shop there.

Waited like for 10 minutes for someone to actually accept me to the register as they were all walking by trying to avoid eye contact . The store manager Kevin kept telling all the other workers to assist clients because he didnāt feel like it . By no choice he assisted me to only give me and the few other customers who waited the most typical excuses just to get rid of the customers who came in at a rush .need better managers instead of lazy and possibly high teenage workers
