-4 stars to this store.. ONLY DISGUSTING AND BITTER people seem to work at this store!! Don’t come here even if they are the only store that have your parts!!!!!
Not only are they hateful and disrespectful to the customers but also to the other autozone stores who are trying their best to help their customers. Went to the store by 6th and chambers to buy some parts. When the assistant manager daisy (I believe was her name) Was trying to get me my parts they didn’t have in stock. She tried calling this store to not only get hanged up but get told “no”when she asked for a visual for my parts!!!
She called again and they picked up and hanged up once again, both myself and her tried calling from our cell phones I got put on hold while at the same time she gets the call dropped again. She tried kept her composure and tried other stores but no one had the parts she told us to go ahead and try going to the store, that maybe they were busy.
Just to my surprise 5 minutes later not only were they showing horrible customer service but they were talking bad about the store I had just left. What is wrong with these employees are they ever disciplined for their actions because I have frequently had to come to this store to have seen and experienced this type of dilemmas with them How is autozone keeping them employed. It’s obvious why both store have huge lines one tries there hardest to keep their customers happy and on the road while the other is too busy talking and laughing at their childish games. If the assistant manager at the chambers and 6th location ever needed a raise it’s long over due she really does care about the customers of autozone. While the one here just plain out gives no concern over the store or the people who are supplying his checks! DO BETTER AUTOZONE DO BETTER !

I actually work at AutoZone and it's a great place. The staff is awesome and the customers are very friendly.

Bad customer service by a lady with blue hair, she complained about me cuz I ordered the wrong item by mistake and wanted to change it, she thought I couldn't understand English and complained with his co-worker in front of me, kinda racist btw

Needed a battery. Went to three stores none would install it. Went home got tools to do it myself. Went to Napa they didn’t have a battery for my truck. Went to this store not only did they have my battery the store manager himself installed it. Good management should lead by example.

Jovan G, the manager. An absolute kind person, he helped me out today various times and was super patient and kind, and good treating of customers. AutoZone needs more managers like these, and that dude needs a raise lol. Anyways thank you Jovan, he carries this store. Usually no problem with workers of this store or manager, def stop by.(:
