“Can't say enough good things about Dave and Cameron. My wife and I were on a 4 week road trip in our truck and trailer when the pinion bearing started going out. I was a little north of the Denver area and called on a Friday and set up.an appointment for the following Tuesday.They got me in first thing in the morning and did a thorough job inspecting and rebuilding the rear end with all new bearings and seals and had me out the door in a few hours.I do a lot of my own auto repair work and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. They obviously knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. I would definitely return the next time I need any drivetrain work.”

“Working with Classic Collision was the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. The staff were friendly and respectful and kept me updated on changes and progress related to the repairs and the insurance claim associated with it. The whole repair process took quite a while, but it was fully due to delays and slow approvals from the insurance carrier the claim was being handled under. Classic was great and took proactive steps to be ready as soon as the approvals came through so that everything could be done as quickly as possible.
In addition, my car was in their lot during a big spring hail storm, and Classic called customers the next day to offer to cover a portion of any damage from the hail, which is really appreciated.
Finally, I had asked them to fix a small issue unrelated to the claim, and I would pay for it separately. After the initial estimate, they told me that the majority of the cost would be for the part that needed to be replaced (almost $600), to swap it out would be super easy and quick. However, when I showed up to pay, they told me they ended up not needing to purchase the new part, so they did the fix and didn't charge me.
I think the biggest hope when looking for an auto body shop for anyone is to find somewhere that is both honest and capable. I found that shop at Classic Collision. Should I need any future repairs (hope not!), I'll definitely be going to them.”
“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I think it is pretty worth it. I recently moved here from another state, and have connections back home when it comes to any vehicle repair, but after moving I didn't know anyone I could trust. That is until I left my car with Arapahoe Collision and Mechanical. I will say at first I felt a bit apprehensive leaving my car between 7-10 days and thought it was a bit excessive for only a front bumper repair. I would think maybe it was due to my car being sent in a week before a major holiday and there were more customers in front of me in terms of an appointment.
My favorite part about this repair process was the communication I received from Dominque (I hope I spelt her name correctly). She was very prompt about updating me when my vehicle was starting the repair process, if there were any other repairs (including costs), and when the car would be ready or an estimate. She also provided pictures of my vehicle with the repair.
I was also quite surprised to see my car was wiped down thoroughly and vacuumed. I used to live in a country area back in my home state and my car mats were never 100% clean, so when I stepped foot into my car, I thought the mats were brand new and couldn’t believe they were my original mats.
I will definitely come back in the future for any repairs or detailing needs for my current vehicle or any future vehicles. Luckily too, they work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Rental Company, which they had someone pick me up and take me to my rental for the week. The rental company was about a two minute drive from AC&M. Overall, great experience. I recently came back from a trip and noticed a crack in my windshield, I will definitely be having that replaced by Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical fix that at a later time. Oh, my splash guard also broke off, and they replaced it with the correct parts with no additional service extended from my pick up date.

Being new to the state, I knew nothing about hail claims so Shelly was able to talk me through it and explain how it worked. Most impressive was the fact that Steve did not try to sell us on a complete paint job but rather only take care of the major issues needing attention. The result was a 2017 A3 that looked almost brand new. We constantly get compliments on this vehicle and its appearance. I highly recommend Maaco in Aurora. “I was taught by my late Dad many years ago that in business as well as in life, a man (or woman) is judged by their word which is their bond... and their handshake. This has served me well all these years. Having been hit in my 4Runner by a young person hell bent on attempting a U-Turn into me, I like many others needed a collision specialist to repair the damage. After one call to friends at Stevinson Toyota East, I called Accurate and then stopped in to see them. I knew right after that initial first meeting and the follow up meeting, after my vehicle arrived from the towing company, that the folks at Accurate... Jim, JR, Tammy and the crew would repair my 4 Runner and bring it fully back to life. The entire process went as planned and ahead of schedule.
