I don’t know why others seem to have issues, as I will say…you’re dead wrong!! Maybe when some of the complainers called, they were overwhelmed with something that day…you don’t know! Also John is from NYC like myself & if u don’t know, we can sound harsh sometimes, yet it’s not in anyway intentional it’s a NY thing lol.
