Just because of the zip code they don't accept you... they don't even make an effort, they only accept people with medicaid... false advertising

Do yourself and your family a favor and stay FAR away from this clinic!! I went there once for my annual wellness check up along with my 2 kids and the experience was so horrible I never went back. Now, 18 months later, they are trying to charge me for both my visit as well as my children's annual visits. Not only are they attempting to commit medical insurance fraud by coding my annual visit as a alcohol and drug screening visit, they are also claiming the visit was done over the phone, despite the fact that my son received his ago appropriate vaccines in their office. Not sure how those would be administered over the phone, but according to them it's all my insurance companies' fault. Their billing department is absolutely useless and would rather argue with you than try to listen to help reach a resolution. Needless to say I'll be reporting them for fraud to my medical company as well as the BBB. Salud Family practices are nothing but a bunch of ghetto, trashy, morally unethical con artists.

Couldn't even see a doctor, was first told they're only accepting Medicare and uninsured and was then directed to the Brighton office. Told me it was 3 weeks out for a phone appointment, and then I could be scheduled after that. Waited 3 weeks only to get a call from Brighton saying that I'm not in their area and they're also only accepting Medicare... what a joke.

This was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the Brighton location. Even though I was late (Denver traffic is horrendous) they took me in and still permitted my appointment. The location is easy (once you know what to look for). It is on Sable, on the East (right) side of the street when headed North. This was before you got to 6th Avenue. It is a large building shared with many other businesses. The hours are posted on the door. When I got there, their computer system was down too, which made looking up records difficult. Nevertheless, we got the appointment completed. You do still need to wear a mask per business rules. There is a lot of seating in the lobby and lots of stations to talk to intake. I can see this place can be very busy. The people were very kind and helpful. We joked about my high bp and that I needed a few minutes to 'calm down' before taking it. Turned out magnificent! They even gave me a better 'card' for next time. I plan to return as they are actually closer than the Brighton clinic. Plus, the ladies were a delight to chat with.

Salud is the best! Been going here for about 2 years, no complaints. Friendly staff that know what they are doing, good doctors and good care.

The doctors are never available. They make appointments weeks away then cancel them the day of with no warning. Takes multiple days to get prescriptions refilled, and extremely poor customer service. My girlfriend has type 1 diabetes, insulin and test strips are life critical, yet they don’t care.

My husband goes to this doctor, Dr. Emily Lines, though he is in the process of finding a new one. He switched to her due to insurance not working with his old doctor, and they immediately took him off of his long-standing medication with no plans for a new one. It's been months and, when things got even worse than before he was put on it by his old doctor, they agreed to put him on it again. It took weeks before they went from "yes, you should be on the old medication" to "here is the prescription". It has since been weeks since then and despite MULTIPLE follow up calls, nearly always hitting voicemail, we still have not gotten the prescription provided to the pharmacy in a way that allows them to fill it.If you're chronically ill or expecting bare minimum levels of care, steer clear. I've reported Dr. Lines to DORA due to negligence. My husband's health is significantly worse than when he first started because they took him off of a medication that had worked for him for a year at that point only to say "oh, wait, you were right, your old dr was right, and your medical records were right- you DO need this medication! Hope you can wait over a month for us to fix the problem WE caused."I couldn't tell you how many times I have spent HOURS on the phone, back and forth, with this incompetent and completely uncaring office of crooks and liars. They should be shut down and, frankly, Dr. Emily Lines should lose her license.

Absolutely atrocious! If you have a non-emergency medical need (help looking at lab results for feedback/possible courses of action) and you are passing by, do not bother calling here. According to the scheduler, if you do not have an Aurora mailing address, they can't see you. And yes, we do have a very good medical insurance.

The receptionist on the clock this morning at this location just hung up on me and won't answer the clinic phone now. I told her she was being rude, she then told me I was rude when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Suddenly when I call from my phone it goes straight to VM, but if I call private it rings. Regardless if I was rude or not, which I was not I'm the patient. People are dealing with mental break downs, stress and more, customer service especially in the medical field it's your job to maintain your professionalism.
