Try some vegan brownies ▢ 4 tablespoons ground flax▢ 1/2 cup water▢ 1/2 cup vegan butter (earth balance brand), melted *see instructions▢ 1 cup granulated sugar▢ 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed▢ 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract▢ 1 cup all purpose flour▢ 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt▢ 1 teaspoon baking powder▢ 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips OR roughly chopped chocolate piecesMake the flax eggs by stirring the ground flax and water in a small bowl. Set aside to thicken. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 7 x 11 pan with parchment paper.Melt the vegan butter (earth balance brand preferred), and measure 1/2 cup. I do this by microwaving the vegan butter in a glass measuring cup, in 30 second intervals, until melted. In a large bowl, whisk the melted vegan butter and sugars together. Add the flax eggs and vanilla, whisk until evenly combined.Over the same large bowl, sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Add the salt and baking powder and stir with a large wooden spoon until just combined, do not over mix.Fold in half of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spoon or your hands. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top of the batter.Bake for 35-40 minutes. The brownies may still be bubbling and not look done, but they will firm up a lot as they cool.Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then pull the brownies out, using the parchment paper and let cool for another 15-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Went into a store tonight to pick up an order, Jason was working in the store, was told I had to pay taxes on my order even though I showed the transaction showing that the taxes had already been paid. Left my wallet at home and was told they didn’t take cash so I came back with my Wallet 20 minutes later and Jason was now unable to process my transaction because of an error with their system. Two trips to and from this store 20 minutes each way and no resolution and he suggested I return to the store tomorrow. I also asked him to cancel my order and he was unable to do that either. Very frustrated with this experience and the “I don’t know answers”

I came to this store on January 17th around 4:25pm, the hours on the door and google say they are open until 7pm. I needed to bring my old phone to trade in before it reached the 30 day mark. I saw a Starbucks cup sitting on the table and all of the lights were on so I figured everything was normal and tried to go inside. The door was locked so I called the store thinking someone might be in there. A woman answered while giggling with someone else and rudely told me that she works in the back office and the person in the front already clocked out and left and that she would not help me and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked if they close early every day this week and she simply said, "no." and hung up on me while continuing to laugh with someone. Not a single shred of customer service. I saw 3 or 4 other people attempt to open the door and then we all ended up at another location 20 minutes away. I was shocked she just hung up the way she did.
