I went into this store to buy my son an Apple Watch for Christmas. I received my bill today it was more expensive than usual. I also noticed an extra line was added to my account, that was not approved by me. The new manager informed me that the employee responsible has been fired, however stated they couldn’t do anything for me on the extra charges. I will be seeking legal counsel in pursuit of a class action lawsuit. Accordingly to the store this has happened to hundreds of accounts. The interim manager over the store I went to told me that employee has been fired with an internal investigation. The fact this person was fraudulently adding lines to customer contracts in order to receive commission but AT&T support told me they weren’t going to correct it, makes this situation even worse. I am very very displeased with this company as a whole, they obviously do not have any integrity or accountability. I will most likely be looking for a new cell phone carrier, as AT&T has been very disappointing.

Unhelpful customer service. Don't seem to care that my phone can't connect to the network. Don't seem interested in helping either as the guy spent 15 minutes in the back looking for a new sim card and glanced out at least once to see if I was still there.

I came in to AT&T to get in on the Apple Watch BOGO deal and I am completely satisfied. The customer service was 10/10 and the employees were very welcoming and helpful. The store was very clean and organized and I was helped and out the door within 15 minutes. Overall a great store and great company. I LOVE my new watches!

This store and staff is the absolute best! I got a new phone with Caleb and he is so kind and patient and really appreciated his expertise. I even needed to go into the store a couple more times to get additional assistance and was helped right away. Truly appreciate this store- highly recommend this store and att in general.

I had so many worries expecting no help due to the subpar service I received at other locations prior but this one was awesome. Quickest & cheapest trade in I’ve ever done. Everyone was so nice! I would definitely refer this site to others for tech service!!

Avoid this location if you are trying to upgrade your phones and change your plan. We were told many incorrect things about our discounts, trade-ins, and plan. AT&T customer service has told us we were misinformed by the store manager and employee we were working with. Our bill more than doubled!!! We were told it would only increase by $5 per month.

Upgraded 2 phones 11/24/23 at this store. Checked my account later to make sure everything was correct. Quickly discovered they had added an additional line to my account. Was showing a new additional phone number, e sim, and a iPhone 13 Max had been added. Over the course of about 3 hours I was on robo chat, live person chat, and finally got a live human, a 2nd live human who says they have removed the added line, phone etc. While speaking to AT&T Loyality Dept, had my laptop and my phone opened to my account. My phone screen caught my attention when it refreshed and in the place of the iPhone Max Pro, a Samsung Galaxy pops up on my screen( I do not have either of those phones) with the same new line that was added. It seems that while someone in the store had access to my account they added a new line for themselves, got a SIM card and activated it in a Samsung Galaxy while I was on the phone with Corporate call center. I have called the store 6 times this morning, no answer 5 times , (caller id?) The one time they did answer I asked if this was the store or the call center, they said the store, What's up? Then hung up. I called corporate again, was told it happens all the time and the advice I got was to go back to the store as there were only 2 people working when I upgraded. This was an intentional act, an illegal act. It appears that I am not the only person this has happened to.
