Why do I keep coming back here? Perhaps I am a glutton for punishment. The second star is because my problem was (eventually and disrespectfully) solved. The lack of any additional stars is this: The relentless derogatory comments about where I chose to buy my new phone. The lack of common courtesies while trying to solve my issue. The language blurted out when technology was failing the attempt to revive my service. The tone & almost eye-rolling as I explained that my pin NEVER works for ATT. The verbal beat-down I had to take because I wouldn't buy the case recommended. ATT needs to quit hiring whoever walks through their door. This store, in particular, has the worst employees. Another review mentioned Azalea, who I distinctly remember because of how horribly she treated me and other customers a few years back. Find better people!

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel! We went to get new I-phones and Daniel was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We had to go into the store several times and Daniel was always there to assist us. We look forward to returning to this location!

I just left the AT&T store on arapahoe Road in Aurora, and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service that I received from Anthony the assistant manager. Each time that I have contacted the AT&T corporate office the service was lousy. I have been helped by Anthony a total of three times with every problem. His management skills are outstanding. He should be awarded his own store to manage.

Anthony was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and a great person to speak with. He really made the process of changing over from Cricket to AT&T effortless, on the AT&T side. I upgraded my iPhone from the 12 ProMax to the 14 ProMax and now my phone is faster and the AT&T service is much faster and better. I would give Anthony 10 stars if I could. Thank you for hiring him as an associate and keep up the great work here.

Antonio and Sam were amazing. Antonio spent over an hour and a half trying to help me fix my SIM card issue and helped significantly, at least now I can use 5g not entirely in his control that I can't call, Sam went above and beyond and went out to his car to grab water for me since we'd been sitting there a while. Amazing customer service!

Sam was excellent!! While working alone in the store, he was able to help me with my daughter’s phone and SIM card issue, all while assisting another customer purchasing a new phone. Great service! Always like doing business here!

We had a great experience with Anthony the asst manager. He was extremely patient and helpful getting my elderly parents into new phones. Highly suggest going in to talk to him.

The staff and managers there were very helpful and polite. Even though the reason for my visit was issues with a device purchased at another store they did more to help than the manufacturer's help desk and got my issue resolved.

Austyn helped me and my husband start the process to switch our older son to his own cell plan. We are not able to switch from Sprint/T-Mobile YET. (19 mo.and we will) but he was able to tell us what we needed to do and what phones were the best option. Our son is a paramedic in Colorado Springs so he wasn’t able to be with us or we would have done everything right then. Austyn also helped us decide to switch to direct tv stream and drop cable. Everyone was so welcoming and polite and helpful there. A lot better than when we tried to upgrade our sons phone at the t-mobile store all they could do was give us excuses of why they couldn’t help us. I will refer all my friends and family to this store and AT&T.

I have been in this location three times in the past few months, once to upgrade a phone and twice to get help with my account. Each time Tim has helped me and he has been fantastic! He is super friendly and knowledgeable and ensures all questions are answered.
