Argus as a 3rd party managment company for storage is so unorganized. They aquire properties so fast that they cant keep up. They have no real training for there Operating systems and procedures. You ask the same question to 3 people higher up and get 3 different answers. There policies arent clearly outlined. As a past employee you need this stuff. They dont even have work attire. You just wear your regular clothes. The company lacks organization and leadership as well. The training i got was brief and very unprofessional.
