I have been donating here for years. As an owner of a small staging company, I am a frequent flyer The personal changes there have made such a big difference. Carlos and not sure the other guys name are so helpful and friendly. As long as the welcoming vibe continues, I will donate there.

My man Carlos hooked me up on the coldest day this year, even though it was below freezing outside he took our donation that snotty goodwill wouldn't take. So happy to see good places and people locally.

This donation center:1st, you can no longer donate thru the front door.2nd, go thru the back alley.3rd, no one is there during the hours posted.4th, the incredibly obnoxious signs saying "I'm" dumping (and are on camera) if leaving items DURING BUSINESS HOURS, because there isn't anyone working the back gate. Argh!I get that the donation stations probably have the worst of trash drop-offs. But don't lie to me about the hours, and let me drop off a simple box of nixnacks thru the front door.I ❤️ ARC. The N Colfax location has amazing deals while being a bit sketchy. The S Colfax location is extremely sketchy, but again, great deals. Northglenn and Thornton (not sketchy), but Northglenn is TINY (particularly the children's section), and Thornton is a mess if you're there at night. I get all of that! It's not easy managing a store that customers trash daily because they can't be respectful.

I switched from Goodwill to Arc because of the nice people that work here, but now, I will NEVER, EVER, donate to Arc again. I came at 8:05 as the time is posted to open at 8 am. The door was open, and I was told they were not open, but I guess he could take my donations. Opened my trunk, and he immediately said, "we don't take that." Corner Cabinet and a nightstand that does not have a single scratch on it, but he didn't even look at it, and I said I would go to another store. He said they would just throw it away. I didn't think I was dumping off trash, but apparently I was. I attached photos of the 2 items I was trying to donate for ARC to resell or for helping out those who needed furniture for housing, etc. Please let your donaters know what is good enough to donate, and I apologize for trying to give it to you, didnt mean to offend anyone. If you're not taking furniture or only take brand new furniture with tags, no biggie, just post that. If you're not open at 8am, please update the times you are open. Thank you for an enjoyable 30 mile- 1 hour drive (one way).

Always helpful about getting items out of my car and into donation carts. I like that it us not a store, so there are not a lot of cars to deal with.

Second time I've been here the doors are open and no one manning the shop. It's one thing to close up for lunch, it's another thing to walk off at 4:45 on a Sunday and not secure the building.

I have visited this location on several locations, and the staff has always been great. Courteous, friendly, efficient, and every time to date al donations from a couple boxes or bags or the back of the SUV filled, I am in and out never more than 5 minutes. It may take a bit longer if you require a receipt. I never ask for one but have been offered all the time.
