The Pro is particularly exceptional. Jen has been a tremendous help, always ready to assist, even helping me order blinds more than once. Tresa is always a pleasure and I've never seen her without a smile and that make me smile. And forget about Steven. He's always looking for some way to help. There's so many others too numerous to mention especially when it comes to help in plumbing. Thanks Lowes for have so many awesome employees!

Jake is cool, Anthony the plumbing guy, and Deneen.oh and don't forget Allison and Kim. I don't have do the Covid crawl just to get in either. Parts are getting a little sparse though.”

“Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”

“I hope management is reading this review because the 5 stars is only for your team members and 0 stars for your self checkout terminals.

Just had the most ridiculously frustrating checkout experience that caused my two item checkout to turn into a more than 30 minute ordeal. The machines kept freezing, so I had to wait around while the computer and credit cards terminal rebooted. Then I was sent over to customer service to get more help.

I had to redo my checkout multiple times. I was finally able to get my order through and get my receipt, but then the cash box wouldn’t open. So I had to wait around again while they were trying to figure out how to open the cashbox. Someone finally came to get it open but not a single person apologized from management for the inconvenience. Really?

Huge shoutout to Ismael who stayed with me from start to finish to make sure this was resolved. Please give him a raise or I will poach him away to my office because he is the sweetest person ever.”

First with an entry door 12 years ago, then with a barn door several years ago and now with a pantry door. “I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Nerita I. in the painting section at this store! She was absolutely amazing in helping us find the exact color we were looking for. Back in August 2024, we had purchased a 5-gallon bucket of paint, but unfortunately, the paint had spilled on the scan code, making it unreadable. Despite this, Ms. Nerita was able to identify the color by just two letters on the label. Instead of simply matching it to a similar color, she took the time to ensure we got the exact shade we wanted.

Ms. Nerita was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her dedication and expertise truly saved us from what could have been a frustrating situation. Thank you so much, Ms. Nerita, for your outstanding customer service and for genuinely wanting to help us.

“I went in to look for a tool. Lenae, though at the checkout registers, took the time to find me an associate who assisted me. It was very early in the morning but she was very cheery, willing to assist and also assisted me again at the register after I was done. Keep up the great work Lenae!
