Training of sales personnel needs to be better so your not hit with additional charges when delivered. First delivery team was awful charged $25 prior to them walking into the house, he just kept saying this will be more and that will be more, the delivery team today was very courteous

Great service, placed the order over the phone with Eugene and he answered all my questions and made the payment part easy and private. Delivery was a reasonable price with old mattress taken away and new mattress placed onto bed frame - trash all taken away and polite service guys, efficient and quick. Thank you
