Our pricing is proprietary but we will be happy to provide you with a ball park quote upon request. Payroll set up fees are $100 and Accounting set up fees are $200. Monthly payroll and bookkeeping fees vary depending on completion time and complexity. After becoming a client it may become necessary for us to charge for trip fees should the situation warrant such charges. Driving down the block is different than driving to Boulder or Fort Collins from Southeast Denver. Remember, all we have to sell is our talent and problem solving expertise. Time is a commodity that comes with a price in any service business. You will find that I don't beat around the bush when it comes to providing you with a straight answer. I try to maintain an Open-Door policy at my firm and I provide "Unlimited Short-Duration" consultations. If I can answer a client's question in a few minutes I will, but if it gets out of hand, I will charge for each phone consult just as if I were an attorney. What a chilling thought!
