The staff is very polite and friendly. They are all very helpful and patient. This is our second year back to this location for our annual exam, and we will be back next year. Kristi and Jordan are great to work with during the decision making choice and Jordan remembered us from last year! The exam assistant is a nice gal, too and the Dr did a great job explaining her exam results with us.. I’d recommend this office to others!!

I just left the Briarwood Centennial Colorado location. These people are absolute crooks. Amongst other things I bought a pair of $500 glasses just to have the lady try and keep my glasses case and give me a cheap clear case with an America’s Best handkerchief. I asked where is the Coach case this comes manufactured with she stated it didn’t come with one and then asked her manager, the manager knew the gig was up and stated give it to her. Never going back again be careful they are thieves.

My name is Ashlee-Rose D. I went in today for an eye exam and I was trying to figure out if I was covered under insurance. And the place was so kind, they chose to cover the cost for me and told me I owed them nothing. So respectful and kind of these people. I would definitely chose this place. Will be recommending it to everyone. So nice and kind of them. Thank you so much to this place. Made my day today!

I am about 6 years now, a Happy customer, but today I had the best experience of my life! Thanks to Jordan, She took really care of me. I had 3 days not wearing my glasses because they were broken. I had a bad migraine and went to the store, and Jordan told me that she can help me , and I got my Glasses replaced. Not having a budget to get new glasses, It was the best thing that can happen to me . Thank you Jordan and the team from America's Best.

Great exeprience, efficient, professional and going the extra mile.Everyone I interacted with at the store demonstarted great customer service and was exceptionally helpful. Shout out to Kristie who helped me choose the frames because I am clueless to whether it looks good on me or not, while i was in with the doctor. The doctor who was very communicative and Justin who ansewered all my questions. Thank you especially to Kristie for pushing my order through to make sure I receieved within 7 days and her manager, hopefully I got the name right -Jordan.Great branch and great people . Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Jessica and team here at this location. After a couple of bad experiences at the Southlands location. The team here was very professional, patient and caring. Thank you for assisting my granddaughter with her first set of contacts. We will definitely continue to come to this location for many years to come.

I guess I'm going to go against all the other 5⭐️ reviews. I've been going to AB for many years now, and all have been in different locations, but every location has been the same. Staff are super nice, but I've never received my glasses right the first time. This visit was no different. Went in, got my exam, 2wks later went to get my new glasses and contacts. Not right. Had to get another exam with a different doctor and 2wks later, finally got them right. The first visit, a lens wasn't snapped in, so the gal snapped it back in place but when I got home, I had to either snap it back in place or had to do the other one. Who knows? One time at another location, they had my prescription lens upside down! My prescription has never been right the first time. Ever. The staff, although super nice, it always seems like it's their first day on the job. I *wore* my bifocals in and the front desk lady who was helping me with my new pair, told me that it takes some time to get used to bifocals. Ummm. What? Yeah. I know that. I've been wearing them for years now. I also feel like the first Optometrist I saw the first time wasn't really listening to me about what I wanted. He did his own thing. Which is why I think it took longer for things to get right. I think I'm just going to go here from now on to find frames and look for another place to actually fulfill my prescription. It's very annoying to wait over a month to get what I paid for and to take time out of my only day off to deal with this annoyance multiple times.

Katrina helped me, and I thought she was helpful. She offered input on what frames looked best on my face, and I got the sense she wanted what’s best for me. However, after buying the glasses and looking over the prescription, I noticed she didn’t add the anti-glare coating or scratch resistance. They were recommended in the prescription but they weren’t on the glasses. I’ve worn glasses since I was small, so I’m used to having anti-glare and scratch resistance on my glasses. These new glasses are fine, but I ultimately will return them to get something better

We went to this location recently, because of it had the best reviews. The first time we went we we got great service from Katrina. My husband could not see out of his new glasses so . yesterday he went and was told he would need a new exam. No one bothered to ask him if he had insurance. We told them two weeks ago we had insurance !!! What I do not understand having had my own holistic practice at one time and having worked in retail in the past is simple questions like " Do you have insurance? " would have been so easy to ask for everyone involved. As far as the optometrist goes why did he or she not ask if my husband had insurance ? This question should be part of their procedure instead of always relying on the customer /patient to say. My husband was overwhelmed in the moment with the situation and did not understand what was happening. I handle the insurance for him. We are both seniors and low income. We have insurance that covers exams fully. Today when I called the response was it was my husbands fault he did not tell them he had insurance. Really??!! When we saw you last we told you we had insurance and you had access to our insurance information when we ordered glasses. If you do not keep a record of this why can't you ask every time a customer comes in before anything processes if they have insurance. You did that the first time we came in to get the glasses! 59.00 is a lot of money for us. All you said was you could not refund it. Really?? So there must be other solutions to this?? None were offered . Very disappointed.

Katrina is fantastic! She’s a genuine help and goes out of her way to help you out. She’s also very friendly and funny. The entire staff was also friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be returning.

I went to America’s best to get a new pair of eyeglasses and Sandy greeted me and she was wonderful, helpful and she helped me get into a pair of glasses that I really liked and helped me out with pricing. Sandy was wonderful and she’s a tremendous asset to store 5091. Thank you, Sandy.
