Staff was helpful and friendly. The quote was lower than what I received from 3 other body shops with similar customer ratings. The grounds and office area were neat and organized which made me feel comfortable that they would do a good job.

Communication could've been better but their work was fantastic! Car had tons of hail damage but they made it new again! Took longer than they expected but turned out great.

Car went into shop Aug21. Never heard anything from them. Was told it would take 15 days for my hail repair. On day 15 I called to get an update. Adjuster said that she sent me a text which I never received. I verified my phone # with her. She said that my car needed supplements and they were reaching out to my insurance for further approval. Called and was told I needed a new roof and they were dealing with my insurance. Never got any further updates. I received a call from my insurance after 3 weeks stating that they were totaling my car and not paying for repairs. Come to find out my car sat there 3+ weeks and no repairs were done to my car, just added4 supplements. Very disappointed since I thought it was being repaired all along.

Insurance made an appointment to this body shop for damage appraisal, on date of appointment when I got there, they told me that they don't have me put on schedule. Unreliable if you want things to be done on time.

Car went in for what was mostly cosmetics- minor damage from rocks. Car ended up being totaled as a complete loss, it looked like they just ripped the car apart. And all this took 3 weeks for it to just be totaled.

Amazing customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I was kept up to date on the status of my repairs. The finished job was great. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My experience with CARSTAR was all around terrible. The receptionist and estimator were very friendly, and had promised the car would be ready in about two weeks. I actually ended up getting the car 4 weeks later, and we let them carry out their work in that amount of time simply waiting for a call for the car to be ready. We got the call at 9 am detailing that the car was ready. We went to get the car at around 2:20, entered and talked with the receptionist where they gave us a form to sign since the car was ready. From there, the estimator walked with us to show us the car, only to see it covered in dust, door handles covered in silicone and grease, and paint marks in that area. The paint had a very weird texture, almost like an orange peel compared to the rest of the car. I told the estimator about how the job didn’t look good, and that they could’ve at least cleaned up the car a little. The estimator told me she would go look for the manager, Chris. He told us that that was simply the texture of the paint and that everything was the same, he couldn’t do anything else. That supposedly they do not wash, detail, or buff cars. He was very rude, simply telling us “to do as we please because he didn’t care.” Over a $7000 job, looked to be done for less than $500. Safe to say we are very disappointed.
