This company was dispatched to tow my car. They called to confirm my car would not shift into neutral and informed me it would not be worth picking up my car due to the strain on their transmission to do so. As I was processing what he was saying, I asked to confirm that they simply weren’t coming and he responded, Nope! And hung up on me. 41 second call and completely hangs up mid conversation as soon as he decides I'm not worth towing. The most shocking and rude conversation I’ve ever had.

They accepted a tow job from our insurance but then when they came to pick the vehicle up, they told the insurance it was going to cost more and refused to tow it to the collision shop. I’ve never seen a tow company do this. So ridiculous! If you’re in an accident and your car becomes immobile, don’t call these guys or accept a pick up from your insurance through them.

Call AMEX roadside assistance - set up tow to dealership. Spoke with All Wheels representative, who knew at the time of our discussion that he was refusing the pick up because the vehicle will not shift into neutral.Could have simply informed me while we were talking, but instead 85+ mins later, I had to call and find out they were not coming. He then blamed the roadside assistance rep for not informing meWEAK EXCUSE!Could have made other art, but now it is too late in the day to get it taken care of properly.
