Very spacious and wasn't busy. Needed limes for drinks and tacos. Parking was plenty. Prices were low as well.

They barely had any carts and are terrible at restocking items. Came about a week later I had to get a cart from the parking lot already really annoyed. Went to get meat from the meat counter and was waiting while a man was being helped when another man popped up and the meat guy helped him first. He should be able to pay attention to his surroundings especially when he talked to me right before the other man popped up. Then when I got my meat the man was super slow. They had even less in stock this time. I know you have so many workers. Get stocked.

A MASSIVE store, went in for three items and didn't have two of them, one that WalMart grocery carries... I mean, if Walmart has it, Safeway should have it, but nope. When my grapes rang up at nearly $8 I abandoned my entire order and was reminded why I shop at Target and WalMart. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY PAYING FOR THEIR UNION WAGES. FOOLISH FOOLISH FOOLISH waste of my money.

Safeway just blew King Soopers and Target out of the water with their online ordering site, fast order assembly, and easy to read signs in their pickup parking spots. I love their website and the ability to see my running tab in the upper right hand corner as I shop. Easy to navigate site, makes ordering a breeze. Customer service is top notch; they are stressed and slammed like the rest of the stores, but speak as if nothing crazy is going on in life. My order was on time at exactly the pick up time I selected. No 3 day delay like king soopers. I always forget to wear my glasses to read the pickup signs but I had no trouble here as the signs are bright red and white. The staff putting the delivery into my car were phenomenal! Very friendly and efficient. I stopped going to Safeway when they closed my store on Himalaya, but with fast, worry free service, I'll drive the extra 10 min to come here. Thank you for a great experience!

Nicholas at Starbucks lacks personality. His lack of a smile and pleasant customer service is sad since there is normally such nice people here. When he struggles to know the basics of making drinks and ignores you or approaches you with "what do you get" it come across distant and cold. Barnes and Nobles has a Starbucks might just start going there.

This is s pretty nice grocery store. No it's not a huge mega club selling tires, clothes, computers, and paint... it is a true grocery store. They have some interesting things here... Soup station, Deli, a real butcher and seafood area, a bakery, there is a Starbucks inside, nice looking produce... even an ok flora area. The place is spotless! The aisles shine with cleanliness! The people are very nice... And there is more then just one register open even at this time of day.

I've never experienced such horrible customer service before!!!! My cashier was name Janice, she didn't even bother to say hello to me or thank me. Before me, she had a white man. She spoke to him about his dog and her dog. Mine you she was the only cashier opened in the morning. Super friendly to the white man. There was a huge line didn't even bother apologize for the wait. She was so careless about my stuff, just threw them down. And i had some eggs!!! I had ask how her day was going and nothing was said. Her whole demeanor was so uncomfortable and she looked like she didn't want to help me because I was Asian. But throughout the store, the Safeway employees were so nice but her, she really needs to be spoken to about her customer service and how she is treating customers. Because without customers you won't even have a job Janice!!

This is one of the nicest Safeways I've ever seen!! I just popped in for something from the deli and Starbucks, but it's a great big store, looks well laid out, lots of self- checkout and regular checkouts available, and they have some nice updates over other stores like: a big case of cold beverages right before the checkout lines so you walk by and see all the cold beveraged before you get in line, and their customer service desk is right up front, as a stand-alone area in the store, not some counter you have to search the front or sides of the store for. Super friendly staff too! I wish I lived closer to visit this store more! Lol

FLORAL FLORAL FLORAL. Michelle is amazing with her talent in making the most beautiful arrangements with the most amazing vases ever. After a year using florists and things i found Michelle. What a true blessing and relief as her arragements are top notch and they last. I could never say thank you enough for her dedication and passion to what she does. Brings a Smile to my love every time she makes them. Awesome Michelle, thank you very much.

Best pharmacy in town. They are remodeling the pharmacy. Looks great, they need to work the kinks out. But the staff is still awesome, still smiling. Karla is far and away the best pharmacist I've ever met. Keep up the good work

Lines are way too long. No Self service checkout. Prices and quality are poor. King Soopers down the street is much, much better.

Having grown up in Southeast Aurora I thought it was the norm to wait in line to purchase groceries for over 10 minutes because the employees incompetence to realize another open register is needed. This is because Albertsons was the most convenient location for grocery shopping for many years in the area and developed and displayed a DMV-esque style of helping its customers. This Albertsons location has shown time and time again to have an inferior selection of produce, meats and fish and this, coupled with the employees constant disregard for a persons time has made for a terrible shopping experience for both the bulk grocery run and the late night grab-and-go's.

Of all the locations, I like this one best. They most always have a great meat and produce selection and they are smart about things. When I visited the other night I noticed a great area near the meat department of nearly everything you need for Thanksgiving dinner located in one area. Stuffing, pumpkin pie ingredients, veggies, sweet potatoes and all sorts of things. It was a great idea to not have to play super market sweep to get things and perhaps forget something. It was a really neat idea to put it all together so closely. I only grabbed a few things from there as it's a bit to early for me still and will be a small dinner. One of the things I really dislike about most stores is once you learn where something is they move things all around. This most everything you need in one place for holiday dinner is BRILLIANT!
