Took in a Kitchen aid mixer for repair, was quoted by a women on the phone $75 to take a look at what’s wrong, got there and all of a sudden it’s $125, of course I pay $125. Two weeks later they email that the repair is a total $328, I can it’s an electrical cord and something else, nothing huge. I emailed back I’ll buy a new one for that cost. So I go in and am told oh he won’t be back for 1/2 hour so you need to come back…..I live 1/2 hour away. Let me add I sat in parking lot the 1/2 hour to go in and have the guy tell me oh it at another location and won’t be here until THURSDAY!!!!
To avoid frustration find a reputable place to do business with, not this one they are horrible!!!!!
Will never take anything again, over priced understaffed, misquoted. Done!

This place offers a terrible service ? they only waste your time and your money, the girl who serves is so arrogant, I lost my money and she laughed at me when she never explained the policy of that place to me. DON'T YOU NEVER THINK OF COMING TO THEM REPAIR BETTER LIKE NEW!!

Zero stars if I could. Charged $100 just to look at the vacuum, said it'd take 7-14 business days (or 3 weeks!) to diagnose it (all it needed was a tune up). Given a quote for $127 MORE to tune up and replace a couple parts. After 5 more weeks with no word, I stopped in to get the machine, and paid the $227 in total for the labor and parts, though the pricing seemed outrageous, especially when it took so dang long. Then the owner tried to up-sell me on a newer vacuum after I paid to maintain my current Riccar. Obviously I'm not in the market for a new vacuum or I wouldn't have repaired my working one! When I brought it home, it clearly wasn't working right. I took it back to my TRUSTED vacuum shop in Loveland (an hour and a half away), where they diagnosed it in 2 hours, fixed, and charged me only $32 for the messed up work this shop did. All within one afternoon. (This shop put the belt on inside out, never replaced the used up handle cover, and over-shimmed the roller bar so that it wouldn't even roll anymore.) I don't even trust this store to do anything decent if I tell them my complaint, so I'm leaving it here for future customers' warning. Buyer beware.

I took my Hoover Carpet cleaner to agency to get repaired. I brought the vacuum in on 9/15/23. 3 weeks passed and I had no update so I called and they said it would be back in The shop Tuesday as they had no one to service it in shop. Well Tuesday can I called and it wasn't there and appeared to not be worked on yet but they would make sure it was fixed and in the shop Monday. Monday 10/23/23 arrived and I called to verify it was fixed and there. Tom said it was ready for pick up. When I arrived it i asked what was wrong with it and Tom said he did t see any notes. that didnt sit well with me and I asked Tom if we can test it. He was hesitant but eventually he filled the tank with some water. My issue was the vacuum would leak all the water out of the bottom without being turned on. At first glance it appeared to be fixed. But they were too worried about getting their floor wet I didn't really test it out. Once I got home and turned the vacuum on the water started leaking. And it wouldn't stop Leaking. I turned the vacuum off and water kept pouring out. I called Hoover and they verified no warranty claims were put in that they could see. They took it upon themselves the get a claim working and are going to take care of it internally. And probably just send me a new unit. I already sent them a video of it all. I called Agency to let them know. Tom then tells me from the notes nothing was fixed and it was working normally. Obviously not if it's leaking from the bottom of the vacuum without being powered on. Long story short he said I can bring it in and it would be put in the front of the line. Frankly I will not be bringing it in as this place doesn't care about their work. Hoover also said they are working on removing them as a repair facility they would recommend. As I only went here on their recommendation. Stay far away from this place. Communication is garbage, they don't care about customer service and they defiantly do not care about the quality of work they put out.

Trying to overcharge people is so gross. I love supporting small businesses but price gouging is a disgusting way to practice business.

I'm a senior citizen. Door locked....knocked on door, man in back ignored. Second man, went and got key. Didn't help with door or vacuum. Vacuum man turned it over and said, "roller frozen".....I talked with Kenmore services and they stated that brush roller doesn't spin when upside down. Was told unable to find parts. I called Kenmore while at store....i needed purchase date (my problem). Asked for help from employee....did he offer to talk with Kenmore....NO (vacuum needs to be down for brush to work....indeed was frozen) employees mentioned several times that I needed to pay forward(no problem). Was told...on phone the day before....."we work on Kenmore". Today....glad to replace when you get par, here's a coupon...Help leaving store with vacuum or door ...NADA. We know that your frustrated with Kenmore.....WHAT ABOUT YOUR COURTESY

Dropped off a vacuum on August 8. They charged $85 up front just to look at it. I called them at the end of August and they said they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet and to wait for an email. It's now October 1st with no word at all by email or phone. I doubt I'm getting the $85 back. That's on me for agreeing to pay up front with no service. Don't take your vacuum here.

I was quoted $174 to do the maintenance on my Riccar and that they would rebuild the roller brush. That $174.00 was supposed to cover it all per Victor I even called my husband while standing there in front of Victor to tell him the news of $174.00 and the quoted 20 business days as they are quite behind. My husband said okay, Victor said they would be in touch. No problem I called to check on it on day 22 after not hearing from anyone and informed that they had to order the roller brush. No one called to tell me this update and now it was going to cost another $140+/- to fix it with a new roller brush and additional labor. I dropped it off on 9.12 and now I called again today 10.12 to check on it. Was told the manufacturer still had not shipped the part they ordered it would take another 3 weeks?!??! I was told someone should have called me to tell me this and no one has called. Needless to say I'm picking up my vacuum and taking it elsewhere.

Gave great advice on how to repair my vacuum when it broke down. They also didn't try to upsale and repair it since it was likely more expensive than the vacuum was worth

Brought in my Bissell carpet cleaner to be repaired. ZERO communication for one month until I showed up to ask for my unit back. It was all of the sudden ready that day. So many other places that are better to get your unit fixed.

Agency Vac and Sewing are great . Victor , Sales rep. was Top Notch on my issues . I would go see Victor on ANY and all of your Vac. and Sewing needs , repairs included . I had a few issues on my Sewing Machine and Victor was very helpful and honest . GOOD BUSINESS !!!
