Update as of 07/02/2024:
Turns out the customer care person I last spoke to actually did order the item I needed. He ordered it free of charge so that is why it didn't show up on my Snap App. Furthermore, I do believe he may have ordered an additional item that was ready that did show up in my Snap App, so thank you. I also visited a branch and was helped very kindly by another employee when I thought the phone call hadn't been successful. Thank you.
I have increased the star rating, but Aerocare still has some work to do, and the future will tell if they improve.
AeroCare (aka: Adapt Health / Major Medical) is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am convinced that every single employee at this company has mental illness, hates everyone, and purposely causes problems out of angst. I am yet to work with anyone halfway polite, with any sense of customer service ability, or emotional intelligence.
Almost every order I have placed has been wrong. Nevermind, that the type of machine I have is glaringly obvious when the employee looks at my account. Even better, they say I have to drive across town to the nearest location to rectify their error!!!! Just re-order the item for free!!! What a flippin' concept.
I had to make 3 separate phone calls today, just to get a person who could help fix an order they messed up. Right outta the gate this particular employee had the audacity to say, "Well, you placed the order." Yeah, with a human on the other end of the phone who I thought could see what machine I had, and therefore could tell which tank to order, but NOOOOOO! Furthermore, this employee somehow, I can't even fathom how, order the wrong item again!!!! Guess I get the pleasure of talking with yet another unprofessional disgruntled employee tomorrow.
It's complete insanity.

These people were efficient and prompt. They got my issues resolved with the other provider of equipment. They were friendly and able to answer all my questions as I called frequently for updates. I'm looking forward to dealing with them from here on out.

WATCH OUT!!! Don't give your credit card info to this company! They will "sneak in" a charge or two before you realize it, and NOT refund it. DO NOT even give them a card for "backup", they will do the same sneak and steal money from your credit card even after they get paid from your insurance provider. WATCH OUT!!!

Stay far away from this fraudulent company. They billed me and my insurance company $2,200 for a Cpap machine that normally sells for <$1,000 online. Customer service is non-existent. They get you in the door with a medical recommendation, then they way overbill. Not to mention they will call you almost every day to try and sell you over priced supplies. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near these guys.

I have been trying to get paperwork and oxygen services from AeroCare for over 4 months unsuccessfully. They keep losing paperwork from my doctor's office and for myself are rude and are terribly disrespectful and don't seem to care about trying to find a solution. I absolutely do not recommend anyone even begin to work with them. Save yourself and frustration

Absolutely terrible customer service. Phone system doesn't work and the only way to get to speak with someone is to actually got to the building. Then after waiting for equipment for 2 1/2 months, notes weren't read, and the wrong equipment was then sent! Leaving us to purchase what we actually need off Amazon!

I've used other companies, mainly the well known one that is an absolute disaster with billing. Today was another great experience with AeroCare. They know oxygen and they know customer service and they know how to do their paperwork. Whew, what a relief.

Price gouging my insurance company for 4x more than items can be purchased for retail, online. But then willing to match the online pricing if I buy retail. How about you just Bill What The Item is worth retail.....
