The entire experience was excellent. The staff was fantastic. Akhir took great care of us and explained the whole process and all the fees. We got an upgrade, which was a highlight of our trip. The car ran great, and it was clean. The rental process was simple and hassle-free. The drop-off was hassle-free as well. The shuttle service was convenient and picked us up from the airport and took us to the rental location. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful as well.
