Do not use ACE in Denver!
While their advertised prices are slightly lower than competitors they are blatantly lying.
I was given a confirmation price of $275.84, but when I returned my car I was given a final price of $532.37.
$71.07 for half a tank is insane but not worth writing a negative review. However the additional $185.46 in random fees, taxes, and unrequested insurance is criminal.
If you are going to make the mistake of trusting ACE, make sure to go over every detail of the contract and confirm pricing multiple times because their business model is designed to trick you when you get off the plane and just want to get to your hotel.

We arrived via a complimentary shuttle to the Airport/Aurora location.
The waiting room is open, bright and roomy. They offered a good little assortment of vending machine snacks (even healthy options). Restrooms were clean too!
Our agent was Esteban and he was awesome! I joked that I wanted a rental to match my toenail polish! He delivered! He was super kind and really helpful by explaining all our options, toll fees & checking our route to make sure we even needed toll coverage. He even took time to give us a great recommendation on must have food in the area. (Denver Biscuits - in case you are wondering). I will definitely use this spot when we return to Colorado!

Prices for a last minute rental car at Denver Airport were very expensive. I checked Ace and found the price was far cheaper than all the other car rental companies. We had a very short wait for the shuttle, both getting there and returning. The line to the counter was about 20 minutes, which is a bit long but okay, and well worth the money I saved. The car was mostly clean, could have been a bit cleaner, but adequate. No problems with dropping off or the bill. They're not perfect, but the price makes up for the wait in line. 5 stars!

We came to ace for our rental and at first the person to help was dihren and he was not helpful he was not friendly and he didn’t listen to anything we said just kept giving us confusing and attitude but the Brenda saved us and helped us get everything straightened out and she was so nice and helpful funny and friendly. Thank you so much Brenda for all your help!

Assistant at counter was very rude and unprofessional waited 60 minutes in line to pick up car, and car given had cracked windshield in 5 places and 20 dents in the car body. Brake pads were not replaced and the car shook when you applied brake at 60 mph

The pickup was a little slow given the small line which is why i went 4 stars. Drop off was 5 stars. Smooth and Carolyn was great to work with in helping us get cards changed. Overall, very positive experience
