They went above and beyond for us! We explained what we wanted and they did everything they could to come up with it and worked us in! Beyond expectations! Will definitely keep this place in mind when we need any engraving, signs, banners, awards and more! These people are awesome! Good local business! Nice to see and still experience since, most customer service these days lack!

This is one of the only trophy shops open on the weekend! The owners are very kind and friendly. They were able to get our trophy engraved the same day! Definitely recommend.

Over three weeks I received three different times when my simple project would be completed. It was never done. After four trips to the shop I finally asked for my materials back. Handing them to me was the only thing they did in a timely manner. Totally disappointed with this business.

I got a scrub top embroidered here for work. There was a small mistake which they immediately rectified. On top of that, they gave me the embroidery for free! Wonderful service and quality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for custom business products. Always try to help small businesses!
