The customer service is mediocre at best. They literally close the store between like the hours or midnight and 3 ? and they're incredibly rude.

My review was removed? This store is very disrespectful to customers, especially trans folk. The overcharged me for gas, made A 2nd fake charge, then cancled my gas? The pending charges on my card has been sitting for two weeks. Horrible place to go. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Edit: took six weeks for thier charges to clear and I got my money back.

They have Credit Card skimmers on gas pumps and the people who work or own the place are definitely in on it.. My card and guy I work with both hit in same month

I used to love the family that worked here...now it's gone completely down the drain....several times in one week went and store was locked up...always in the early morning hours between 1:30am to 3am..

Wish I could rate it -50 stars. So sad. The family that owned it before these people were awesome. The past few months...are you freaking kidding me.?Middle easterners that just stay on the phone all the time, even while checking you out. Simple requests are met with a blank stare. Horrible, horrible customer service. Avoid this 7/11 at all costs. There are plenty of other places within a few blocks to spend your money. Spent quite a bit of money there the past six years...no more!

My husband and I used to go to this 7-11 all the time when it was under different ownership, but since the people have taken over the employees are rude and there is never any fresh coffe.

This place has a card skimmer taking peoples credit card numbers multiple people from the neighborhood have complained about theft and have only used their cards at this location or the other location this family owns

Over charged big time. 2 core power I was charged 6 dollars each. It's in the cooler labeled 2 for 6. Way over charged. This came out to $13 and some change. 2 core power and 711 donuts. Should have been 7-8 dollars. I usually stop at the 711 before this one on my way. I decided to try this one because the other is out of a drink I like. They didn't have it here. But yeah. Probably going to avoid this 711. ??

I would give zero stars if I could. Asked for the bathroom key and the lady at the counter gave the old "it's broken" because she doesn't want to clean it. When I asked where she goes to the bathroom and explained that her store would be in violation without a working restroom she waived me off rude and said make a complaint. ✔️ ?

yup it's me writing a review because I was short changed 0.68. if you don't stop them from stealing your change they will start to steal your dollars. i entered my repeat customer number and the price went down from 11.02 to 10.32 if you know it's coming this is where it happened. the lady behind the register printed out my receipt and told me I wasn't accounting for tax. funny where I come from total means total and when the tax line is above it. then another lady came out and told me to calm down. . . like that ever works. the lady that had been helping me was ignoring me and the manager was wondering why I was upset when she had just made a mistake 4 times I told her and she printed the receipt again. look at the other reviews I'm not the first one. I'll tell you this pennies add up watch superman 2 or office space.

So this woman name Negist claim to be the owner of this location, told my 15 years old son to leave the store I was in my car waiting for him. I ask where’s the chips you was going to get. He said the lady told me to leave the store so I went in and ask was going on , she said my son always come to steal from the store. I asked if she have a a proof of what she is saying she said no. I just don fell comfortable with him . I’m like really . So just because he may look like someone who steal from your store u are going to act like that omg. I tink is just an act of racism. I am so frustrated
